Delayed delivery despite paying for express delivery
I paid additional money to get 1-2 day delivery and it ended up arriving 4 days after I ordered it.

Hi Jon, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm very sorry that there appears to have been a delay in your delivery.
Having looked into this I can see that you placed your order on Sunday 10th November and we despatched it by DHL Parcel on Monday 11th November on their next day delivery service. However looking at DHL's tracking information it does look like there were delays (it doesn't give me any more information I'm afraid!) and delivery was eventually made on 14th November.
You are absolutely right that you paid for the express delivery service and this was not met, however I would stress that this is down to the courier and in my experience with DHL Parcel problems like this are extremely rare.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention though, I have refunded the delivery fee from your order and this will be back in your account in the next few days.
Great service
Very helpful making sure I got the correct blade for my machine and advisman on the phoneing on other blades. Very nice

Hi John & Stella. Unfortunately on Monday 14th October we updated something on our website and due to some strange technical glitch it managed to re-send despatch confirmations for a load of orders from 2020! I'm very sorry for any confusion that this caused but please rest assured it was just a random technical error and what you were sent was not an invoice and you were not being asked for any money.
I hope the order that you did receive on time years ago worked well and hope that you would use us again the next time you need a new blade.

The screwdrivers are well made with comfortable handles and reasonably priced .I wanted them because I am weary of never having the "right" slotted screwdriver.Hopefully these, and others, will accomplish the task in hand. What I would have liked -which I didn't see on the website- would be a robust case full of them, and all of varying sizes and all available in one place

Hi Stephen, thank you for a wonderfully detailed review of our screwdrivers. I agree it would be great to offer these as a set and it is something we are looking at, however so far we've failed to find a way of doing this cost effectively, hopefully this will be something we can offer in the future.
Very helpful service and quick delivery

Hi John, thanks for leaving us a review. Sorry again that you didn't receive the order confirmation. As I explained these are sent automatically by the website once the payment is processed and since our conversation I've done a few test purchases and they do seem to be coming through as they should so I really don't know what happened with your order. Glad that we could sort it though.

your site was OK and delivery but the tool was rubbish. I suppose it was safety and knives are dangerous. Fortunately after a search I found my old sickle lost among some rubbish, and resharpened and after forty years use and it is back in use and my good books.

Hi John, thank you for leaving this review for us and thank you for your honesty. I'm very sorry that you weren't happy with the sickle that you bought, we sell around 300 of these each year and this is the first time we've had any negative feedback so it could be that there's a problem with the one we sent you. I'll be getting in touch with you directly to see if there's anything more we can do.
