Very good product, great value prompt delivery.

Although the forwarder DHL tried to impose a 50% service fee for importing into the EU, Walker and Hawkes successfully managed to avoid it.
I am happy with my hat and thankful for the Help

Tried to shop online for a pack of 3 shirts, when I was taken to the total amount to pay, 3 shirts=£36 approx Delivery charge £53, how can this be, contact the seller got a email reply back responding that's the price, outrageous! time you started working with a different delivery company

I ordered a waistcoat and cap and received completely the wrong order. I informed them by email at which point they acknowledged the error and instructed me to return it and once they received the return they would send the correct goods. I duly returned the goods and as yet have not seen the refund or my products. I emailed again where I was asked for the tracking information for the return which I may still have but was not asked to keep- as the house is under renovation it may take me some time to find. Surely my goods should have been sent by now (a month later) or a refund but I have received nothing. I have asked them to check in their system for the return as they should be able to see it their side. Very disappointing

I absolutely love the jacket, the style and fit are very flattering and the material makes a very good impression! Also, delivery from the UK to Germany was very fast (only 4 working days) even though I only selected standard shipping. Moreover, I really appreciated that the Customer Service was very obliging in immediately granting me a 10% discount when I emailed them about a minor defect in the stitching! Overall, I am very happy that I selected this smaller company over Barbour which has become way too overpriced in recent years in my opinion. Much better value for the money!!

This company need to take some serious lessons in email etiquette.

I have a genuine query/concern about the size of the hoods on their coats which are ridiculously small. I have a small head and it won't go over my head without feeling uncomfortable.

Every email I have sent to ask for assistance has been met with very curt replies to the point of being rude.

Absolutely, no niceties or any attempt to show understanding or be helpful, just a defensive reply stating that this is the size of the hood and that is that!

I bought a blazer as a Christmas present for my husband. Unfortunately, I chose a size too large and I had to send it back and buy a new one. The whole process was followed by the company staff with great kindness and attention.
The quality of the blazer is top. I'm very satisfied.
Strongly recommended if you are buying from EU (I'm in Italy). They take care of custom expenses too!

Ordered a fairly expensive leather ammo bag. It arrived and had several very noticeable blemishes on the front, including a patch of leather that was a completely different colour.

If the product had been looked at for even a glance these flaws would've been noticed, and it should never have been sent out.

Especially disappointing as it was meant to be a gift. I'll avoid this brand from now on. I understand the odd blemish but this should've been noticed.

Customer Service contacted me and arranged a replacement, though I worry the same issue will re-occur.

Having purchased a jacket that did not fit on Amazon I asked to return and was given a label by Walker & Hawkes which I used. 7 weeks later I am being asked for a description of the garment returned with no refund of money. It is noted in the complaints there are vicarious links with other country clothing outfitters and Vik Hawkes who has been dealing with the matter is in fact Vik Bhopla. It appears they not only do not know what they have sold or had returned they also do not know what name they trade under or come to that their own personal name as a company Director. All you seem to get is write to their office which we have done and yet despite giving them a copy of the label they issued and proof of receipt of parcel from Hermes their own chosen carrier they continue to refuse to refund. As I say my concerns stated when people at the company started using false names and I see from another upset person false company names vicariously linked

Good news is I took this company to court and secured a county court judgement on them. I am not alone ...if you have not had refunds or have not had the goods I strongly suggest you take them to court

Bought my second Walker & Hawkes - Men's Unpadded Wax Jacket Countrywear Hunting Waxed Coat extremely happy with the products just as good as the top branded jackets and less than half the price. They are also manufactured in England super value and would recommend to anybody.

I received a Walker and Hawkes outback cooler hat from my daughter at Christmas hat is excellent. Unfortunately she has been charged twice for the hat, as their website said her order didn’t go through and she should try again. The second attempt was successful but it seems she has been charger for original order that didn’t go through. Walker and Hawkes won’t refund as they claim it was dispatched. If it was dispatched why haven’t two hats arrived.

Now sorted and my daughter has her refund.

Managed to find the perfect jacket here to match my outfit.

I wouldn't even rate this company as one star. My son ordered a coat for me . We measure my size as they state on website. It didn't fit me the colour was different to. Very stressful and disappointing. We tired to contact them by email. Replied twice .but it didnt sort the issues out. Then heard no more from them at all. After a week had enough took this matter further. Very bad customers services. And very rude not getting back to you. it was very stressful and disappointing. It was a gift from my son.so very unhappy and sad. No one by from this company. Very rude not getting back at all with no help to aort our order out. So, took it further and won .which you shouldn't have to do. Also, they go under many names for this company so please check out. Its not involved with them personal.

Great service, ordered a gilet on Saturday and it was delivered Wednesday.
Good quality waxed cotton at amazing prices. I will deffo use them again and certainly recommend them.
