Awful company!! Very polite yet useless customer service. I regret my purchase everytime I look at it and wish I had checked more thouroughly before purchasing. Quality poor, I am sure it will shrink immediately upon washing. I am upset and disgusted with the previous emails considering the same scam happening again and again. It has definitely taught me a big lesson about ordering online without doing any homework. Sorry to those who have been through this as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALKER & SONS EVER!!

Placed order on 6/11/25. Received 5 dresses. They were junk. Read return policy which said the cost of returning the items to CHINA would be $20 to $40 and that I would be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Checked address in China with Walker & Sons representative. Found USPS to be lowest cost shipper to given address at $52.79 and shipped items. Followed tracking on USPS. Package went to China to specified address but then tracking showed package returning to U.S. Eventually, the package returned to me marked, "Refused by addressee." Four or five calls to Walker & Sons provided no relief. Customer Service rep was courteous and sympathetic but offered no relief of any sort. This company is a scam.

Temu junk…poor quality…not cotton as advertised….polyester like so many bogus sites claiming to be made in America. They don’t teveal return details until after you receive your order….From there, you deal with China. Far too many of these
Phony businesses.

Making the cost of shipping sometime more expensive than the item itself. So Money Back Guarantee - NOT! I've been exchanging emails and the scam artist try to offer discounted merchandise, 15-25% the value of your purchase refunded. If a consumer looks closely at the ordering website, they will find inconsistencies in the contact information.

Bottom line for this consumer is speaking out here on this forum as well filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I am also disputing the charge with my bank.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are a total scam with a fake address in New York. They are a Chinese company with cheap low quality merchandise. I spent $56 on a man's XL Polo shirt which took nearly a month to arrive. The shirt was the size meant for a 10-year-old boy and the quality cheap! their customer support said to take picture of the item and they would consider a refund. I did and showed the actual size with rulers. they said they would refund me 10% ($5) and that I would have to pay for the return. TOTAL SCAMMERS. CHEAP QUALITY, ACTUAL ITEMS DO NOT REFLECT ADS, WILL NOT REFUND $$

It is disastrous. I received the products I ordered. In reality, they look cheap, the wrong size, and, on top of that, are made in Wuhan, China. I am trying to contact customer service via e-mail since no other way is provided, and I am getting nowhere. Thus far, I received no response or the information on how to return it despite the website saying that products could be returned within 30 days. This is just a scam

Lousiest company I’ve ever had to deal with will never buy again. They actually sent me the same size twice and tried to tell me it was different. They even charged me $15 for shipping for the replacement sweater vest. Based on the quality it probably only cost five dollars to manufacture

Negative 10000 stars!! Stay away. Complete fraud. After stringing me along w several days of emails they tell me that I have 30 days from purchase date to return the shoes to China at my own cost. They also stated that there is no guarantee that they will receive them and if they don’t, there is no refund. They took 5 weeks to get here soooooo.

Due to the holidays shipping was delayed and it sat in Wisconsin for 12 days.

These shoes are from Temu and resold for four times the amount. Los Angeles is a fake address/empty warehouse. Do not purchase!

I wish I read this before I ordered! The Evelyn dress appears to be flannel & says it’s cotton. It’s a plaid pattern printed on white fabric. You see the white at the neck & cant roll sleeves with out cheap white. It’s very thin, cheap sewing. SHEIN in better quality & I paid $70 for it. Return has to go to China and you pay shipping. Complete fraud! Don’t be fooled like me.

This retailer operates out of China and if you need to return something, it will cost you a fortune to ship it back. I purchased some leather shoes and received a a shoe that was, in my mind", a hunk of junk. When I tried to return it, I was met with their so called "return policy". Shame on them.

Do not purchase from this company unless you dont mind not getting refunded when returning your order. Also, this company has nothing to do with Los Angeles. They are located in China. And the clothing is tiny, which is why I returned my order. I followed their return instructions, spent $144 only order and they were only willing to refund me $36.00 They are frauds!

Beautiful heels that are actually comfortable. First purchase…will definitely be a return customer.

I purchased a jacket & waistcoat - matching pair. The two garments were made form different dye lots of fabric and were different color. They were also very poor quality, super thin material - was supposed to be a plush corduroy but it was like an old washed shirt.
I asked for a refund but they said I had to ship it back to China to get the refund at my cost $160 for something that was worth zero but I had paid $60 - I took the loss. Terrible custom service & terrible product.

No response to my question. Sold me a females jacket pretending it to be for a male.

Bought wedges that appeared to be very nice in the photo but received plastic cheap poorly constructed doll shoes- so duped! Don’t purchase from this because you definitely will not get what you pay for!

Do not purchase from here. The clothes are super expensive and they aren't the same as posted. You have to return over seas on your own dime and its very costly. Do not buy from here.
