If I could I would give zero stars. This PreMadonna owner is so lame and doesn’t know how to run a business. Please do not waste your money or time. I placed an order and it arrived in the wrong size and color. The quality of the waist trainer is cheap. Btw this is an item that the Kardashians supported but I’m not sure if they realize she and her company is bad business. She tries to boast she’s a black owned business that is supported by the Kardashians but at the end of the day she is misrepresenting black owned businesses that keep it professional!! I sent an email to notify the company the same day the order arrived and no one responded. I start calling the fake 800 number on the site but no one answers the phone. So since no one responded by the 4th day I pay for shipping and return the item for a full refund and paid additional for shipping. It’s been over a week and I still have not heard back from anyone. Then to top it she reduce the item I paid $35 to $15.99 because it’s cheap and poor quality!! I supported her three years ago and paid over $100 for a trainer but this business when she first launched her site so I know the material has changed and it’s her waist trainers have went down hill. Such a waste and because all sales are final she feels entitled to keep your money regardless of her mistake.
