Not having any luck with this.
It looks like it may be OK, but it will not connect on my android cell phone. connected to guest network at work, and it will not connect. turned on connectwhen android starts, and restarted phone. Still not connecting. Unable to try it if it never connects, on any wifi signal or on Carrier network.

Unhelpful customer service. NOT 24/7.
Could not get my issues resolved on my other account using the help chat after several attempts. Finally had to start a new account after being disconnected with the help chat and being told I had to possibly wait for 2 days for a response. That was unsatisfactory for a help service that claims to be 24/7. I did not get the 25% discount that I was hoping to receive for coming back to Vypr, Which was part of the issue I was trying to get help with.

Thanks for the honest review. It sounds like your VPN is connecting successfully, but not all sites are recognizing the geolocation of the VPN server correctly. This is frustrating for sure, but please keep in mind that as long as you're connected to VyprVPN, your connection is fully secured, regardless of geolocation. We are currently working to improve geolocations for our servers!

Startet vor Jahren abgelaufene Abos selbst neu.
Ich habe bei dem Unternehmen vor Jahren mal ein Abo gehabt, das ist 2022 ausgelaufen. Heute hatte ich plötzlich eine Mitteilung von Paypal, dass die ein Jahresabo abgebucht haben und in meinem E-Mail-Postfach eine Bestätigung für den erfolgreichen Abschluss eines Abonnements.
Das habe ich jedoch nicht selbst vorgenommen. Es wurde einfach der alte Account wiederbelebt. Das ist für mich Betrug.
Ich habe mit dem Support Kontakt aufgenommen und mir wurde nach einigem hin und her gesagt, dass ich das Geld in 7-10 Tagen zurückerhalten werde.
Das ist wie ein Taschendieb, der dir sagt, ja du hast mich erwischt, aber dein Geld bekommst du erst nächste Woche wieder. Vielleicht. Wenn ich es dir bis dahin nicht zurückgegeben habe, frag doch nochmal nach.
Anzeige geht raus.

Der Support gibt in der Regel die längste erwartete Zeitspanne für die Bearbeitung einer Rückerstattung an, bei Paypal dauert es jedoch in der Regel viel schneller als 7 Tage.
