Can't access anything through their VPN, regardless of the location you select (UK, Australia, Canada) apps like Netflix & Disney or sites like airlines and banks - even the links Customer Support sends - recognise your location as Tehran, Iran (?!?!?!) when you're physically in Europe. Customer support are NO help. You're not getting the service that you pay for with Vyper, they must be leasing a range of IP IPV4 addresses owned by an agency in Iran.

Sorry to hear about the trouble -- Google services sometimes incorrectly recognize our IP addresses as coming from Iran, but Google and other services like Netflix and Disney appear to be working while connected to VyprVPN. If you can get back in touch with our support team and let us know which server locations you are having trouble with Netflix or Disney on, we'd be glad to take a closer look.
My apps still thought I was in the…
My apps still thought I was in the country I'm physically in and not the country I selected in the app. This was the only feature I wanted and I couldn't get it to work.

We appreciate the feedback. It may help to close and reopen other apps, after establishing a connection to VyprVPN. It's also possible that some sites are incorrectly recognizing the VPN connection's location -- even in cases like this, much of the time you'll find that although it appears the service doesn't recognize the location correctly, the service will still work as expected.

I give this the top score
I give this the top score. Not because its the cheapest vpn out there, but simply its the best and has protected me for some years now under a different account.. Also as far as I know its the only VPN service that does NOT subscribe to the world wide database. I wouldn't be without it.

Often drops vpn link without…
Often drops vpn link without automatically reconnecting automatically even though I configured it to always reconnect a dropped connection and always boot up with the connection. I have tried different protocols and have not found one that is perfect.
A Google search on ratings of all vpns call Yours "light weight"

While VyprVPN always attempts to reconnect if Automatic Reconnect is enabled, it's possible that persistent network conditions may prevent it from reconnecting during the allotted time period for reconnects, preventing the app from reconnecting automatically when conditions improve. Using Wireguard protocol and selecting server locations that are closest to you should provide the most stable connection.

They are scammers
They are scammers. I subscribed to try their service, but nothing works after subscribing. When I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription after 3 days, they told me it couldn't be canceled, but when I subscribed, there was a 14-day cancellation period.
