Not only does this company offer amazing products at incredible prices, that are actually affordable, with tons of different choices ... but the service has been possibly the best I've ever received. Nothing has been too much trouble.
I love making music but I'm terrible at installing plugins etc.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing from VST Plugins. I placed my order late at night and was impressed to receive prompt assistance not only during the purchase at 11 pm, but also again at 7 am for the installation. there is no customer service now. tried several ways to contact about a download link that is no longer valid. they are not interested , no replies from anyone.Don't waste your money.

I would love the opportunity to reply to their reply, if they only read the transcript of the conversation I had with their AI Robot, they would know my issue was a real one. How long was I supposed to wait for an answer, they can see how many ways I tried to reach out to them. My email I sent to customer services from the link on their website was returned to me as no longer in existence. Why can't they now just talk to me instead of trying to discredit me online for a legitimate complaint. That is what Trustpilot is for I thought. Also tried on messenger and WhatsApp, no replies from these either even after a couple of weeks. What was I supposed to think?

Great software, great prices. Have used Vstpluginz.com a couple of times now, each time the install (haven't needed the remote install service) has went smoothly. I'll certainly be buying more down the line.

I rarely bother to write reviews on here but this was absolutely stunning service, I'll never use anyone else for VST supply and installation going forwards. Absolutely first class service and he even connected and gave me any desk support when I screwed up the install myself. Deal with confidence!
