VPSFlame Hosting 

Bought a Minecraft server which didn’t have the latest version, contacted customer support and I never got an answer. The server was also lagging constantly.

I think it is a great product. But the server is just not unlimited diskspase as it says.👍😒

Good Prices, actually probably the best prices though what it makes up for in prices it lacks in customer support. Though it's good customer support, in some cases you will be waiting up to 3 days for a response.

What happens if you have a massive server with thousands of people depending on it and it goes down. It will be down for up to 3 days which is a major inconvienience.

Please try to hire people who can solve issues.

Paid for VPS nearly a week ago, not yet set up and no reply from support team.

Bad support team .
They Aren't response

and they Support email not working .. so you can't send email to them if you open a ticket will take 48 Hours and without response.
and if you bought VPS server will not activate automatically
so you need to contact the support team and with what I'm told you
will not respond

I've been using this service for almost one year, and find it very useful. Among benifits: easy setup and good speed, lots of different servers/locations too choose from. But there is a bug?, which is very annoying: often when I use the service on my Macbook Pro, I can't reconnect after sleep mode, I need to reboot to do it.

Vpsflame is amazing, great service, great performance, close to no downtime and overall a fantastic user experience!

I have had some problems with attacks on my server in the last little bit, and Kevin Vincent Als was kind enough to help me through every step of increasing my protection.

I'm not the most tech-savvy person in terms of server-side things, and he was able to walk me through every step of the way so that I could go on with my day.

I have never had this level of customer service from an online business contact, and HIGHLY suggest you look at using VPSFlame as a host for whatever you may need.

I have around 15 individual vps plans here. VPSFlame is truly uncomparable with other vps providers. Not only are the servers of high quality, but the customer support is incredible. I don't see myself changing my provider from here any time soon.
