Service is extremely bad and we are still unable to use the services we purchased - 2 weeks gone and no support
Service is extremely bad and we didn't get any support from the team for troubleshooting. Whenever the service tickets are opened its closed without providing proper solution. Overall very poor service and we are still unable to use the services we purchased 2 weeks ago.

However, we would like to clarify that VPSHosting.LK provides an unmanaged service, which means that our support team is here to assist with server setup and general inquiries, but does not cover server management or troubleshooting for specific configurations. We encourage customers to have some level of server management knowledge or engage a technical expert if needed.
