My order of a sequin top took 6 weeks to arrive, and proved to be an absolutely awful, cheap looking poor quality top with the odd tiny sequin evident. I asked several times for a return with full refund. After 3 attempts they offered a £10 refund on a £35 top. I repeated that I wished for a refund and the reply was :

Of course It was then I realised I was dealing with a Chinese company with a UK email address!!
The minimum cost would be £15 to go through all those hoops. Deceptive and shocking way to do business, please do not touch them with a barge- pole.Buyer beware!!

EDIT: After endless emails chasing a UK address to return the sub standard jumper I thought I would try my bank to see if they could help. Success today I had my money refunded by my bank. So definitely worth trying.

I ordered a jumper which I was expecting before Christmas. There was no indication on the website that goods came from China. I emailed them many times asking for a refund as the item was a Christmas present and no longer required. The responses I got were generic and obviously the reply sent to everyone. I received the jumper today (23 January) and what a load of c**p!! It had no resemblance to the picture on website, no labels and sub standard material and stitching all over the place. I am going to request a refund but don't hold much hope on getting my money back! These people should not be allowed to trade and are complete scammers. One star given as can't give 0!

The garment I received is of very poor quality. I would be reluctant to gift it to a charity shop. I have asked for a refund. In order to get a refund, I have been told to return the garment at my expense to an address which I assume is in China.

I ordered a jumper £39.95 very poor quality I returned it and after several emails to them for my refund Iv got no response I have now waited 4 weeks this is disgusting this company is a complete scam

Extremely poor quality goods. Ordered a jumper using their size chart and it was very small and not true to size and very very thin more like a T-shirt or vest than a jumper. Delivery was was overdue, had to chase the order twice!! NO returns unless faulty. Would not use again or recomnend.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I ordered a coat paying £65 for it only to receive a cheaply made coat and when you put your hand in the pocket, it does not go through. I complained and initially they sounded like they wanted to help but later just ignored all emails sent to them. They do not want you to return the item and they are not offering refund either. I am so annoyed how they can scam people from their hard earned money. It's disgraceful. SCAM SCAM, STAY AWAY

Ordered a sheerling lined leather coat and four weeks later a hideous plastic piece or rubbish arived,
They are trying to refuse a refund so im having the santander retrieve the funds for me.

They are selling fake items! I purchased a leather rucksacks but received ( after a month and many e-mails chasing) a little shitty faux leather one! The company is registered in Netherlands, selling in the UK and shipping from China! No pre-paid return label, and no refund even though they say in their refund policy "Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Beware of their sister "company" LOLA, operating the same way. SCAMMERS!

I just received a coat I ordered in December. How disappointed was I. The cost was described as leather with a shearling lining. I received a plastic coat with a sort of cotton wool lining. impossible to wear as absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from Vorina as they are fraudsters. Trying to send it back!!

Ordered a jumper in late November arrived mid January. I paid £35 for the worst quality I’ve ever seen. No labels whatsoever, badly put together absolutely dreadful.

Took 7 weeks to deliver. Size was so small. Very tight and extremely short. Nowhere near true to size.

Had to put 1 star to open the review box. Please do not order from this Company!! Extremely poor quality and absolutely nothing like the item shown. Sounds like lots of us were scammed on the Sequin Christmas jumper. And as for the blazers, OMG….

Promotes a high score from Trustpilot on their website. UNTRUE. States cancel order within an hour and also 30 minutes and you will not be charged. UNTRUE. States a 30 money back guarantee. UNTRUE.
Customer service is awful.
Exact same Items are advertised on SHEIN (using the same models) for a fraction of the price. If you order and cancel within their 30 minutes/1hour they still charge you and send an inferior item. You then have to deal with their pointless customer service who are to provide an authorisation code, which never arrives and address in China. When you take the parcel to the post office the counter staff tell you the address is incomplete and incorrect. You then go back to said customer service and start and the beginning. I suggest everyone checks out the address on their website of the ‘shop’ in Holland. It is a flat, in a residential area.

The worst company I have ever come across. The quality of the clothes are dishcloth ready. It took an age to arrive. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Scam fraudsters I purchased 2 blazers look amazing good quality every thing you would expect item arrived 20 days later omy I was astonished they where shoddy workman ship cheap rubbish not fit to ware voronia is a joke cheap rubbish don’t even answer your mail well I’m not going away I paid £100 for rubbish I want my refund don’t buy from this site only accept returns if damaged please be very careful I have contacted my bank too & trading standards people like this who own a business like this needs to be investigated the experience is disappointing very please read small print & even that doesn’t say it cannot be returned for full refund this is extortion ripping of customers to put money in there’s I only wish I had looked at this web site before I purchased any thing absolute scam rip of merchands

If you are thinking about placing an order with Vorina, then don’t ………..
They take your order and money with no order confirmation. I have emailed three times and called once requesting a cancellation with no response and no money refund. Goods are shipped from China with an enormous leadtime and of course this is not made clear at the beginning.

Wished I HAD read the reviews before ordering what looked like nice sequin trousers. Firstly arriving after 4 weeks of waiting. (item was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas - however it did not arrive)
Extremely poor quality, in both material and sewing. However it is the sizing that is completely incorrect. Size 18 would not fit a size 14 at best. No refund policy unless you return the items to China at your own expense. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

It’s not even worthy of one star. Ordered a coat. Wrong colour sent. Poor quality. Have been trying to get a response from them via email and telephone calls for the last three weeks. Nothing at all. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Wish I read the reviews before I fell foul to this disgrace of a seller.

Ordered a sparkling top for Christmas, it arrives 5 weeks late and was a completely different top.
When I asked for a refund the told me I could get a 15% refund and keep the top I was given.
I asked for a full refund and was told they were sorry for the mix up and would send me the right top at no extra cast and to still keep the other top. This was 3 weeks ago and still no new top has arrived

Don’t order from here !!
UPDATE The new top arrive and it’s the same rubbish top as before.
I have asked for my money back and my message has been returned.

Save your money and go elsewhere for clothing!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful Christmas Jumper. Apparently in the sale £79.95 reduced to £39.95.

The goods arrived 3 weeks later and I was astonished at the terrible workmanship of what was essentially a nylon sweatshirt. It looks nothing like the jumper advertised.

I asked for a full refund. I was offered 10 & 25% off and keep the garment. I refused and said I would have my card provider request a full refund. I threatened a review here and also on their website They sent me a full refund and told me to
keep the garment or give to charity.

The 3 star review reflects their willingness to accept my complaint and issue a full refund.
