Avoid this company. Ordered jeans for my daughter. Size was tiny did not relate to measurements on line. Have contacted the company 4 times to return and no response. Lesson learnt. Awful scam company.

Costs. The items despite using a UK email come from China several weeks after you make your order. The item that arrives is poor quality and a complete misrepresentation of what appears in the picture. They send lots of “holding” type emails when you request a refund and then block the emails so it then fails to send. It’s a scam

Clothes took forever to come and 1 item was missing. Items very poor quality. Material awful. Shape and size all wrong. I emailed and they actually did respond promptly. I asked for refund and where missing item was. They said they would send replacement items but as soon as I insisted on a return and refund my emails were blocked and i cannot contact them. They never responded about the missing item after asking 3 times. An absolute con. Totally bogus

Spent £45 on a coat which arrived and looked nothing like the photo on the website! To expensive to return so now stuck out of pocket with a coat that is the same quality as a shocking Christmas stocking!

Pay close attention to the written descriptions and particularly any absence of information about the fabrics used. Something displayed as an intricately knitted Christmas jumper should not arrive as the image of that jumper printed on a cheap synthetic sweatshirt. Read the vague product descriptions!

Delivery times quoted are not met. Shipped from China. Not a UK company.

And don’t fall for their 30-day refund policy: “If you’re not totally in love with the product, we will refund you 100%.” Their policy “typically only covers items that are damaged, stained, or incorrect item”. They first offered me 25% off my next purchase with no need to return the product as a “gesture of goodwill”. Then 50% and still keep the product. For 100% refund you have to provide photo evidence and return the product to China at your own expense! In my case the postage came to 50% of the cost of the product so I settled for 50% and not returning the product.

I wish you could rate zero stars. To their credit, they do have a lot of Customer Service agents (Peter, Chryss, Jen, May…) Oddly no one with a Chinese name.

Pictures portray a totally inaccurate version of what you get. Don't bother, they also don't refund you when you return the item, they just ghost you. After many emails of offerings, I say offerings, they went to 20% off so I sent it back. Now they've blocked me.

An overseas company that does in fact use Royal Mail delivery but took ten years to arrive! The products are rubbish quality! I spent £60 on a coat for my mum that was sent back due to the poor quality, loose threads, thin material and a hood that shed all over our hands. After being promised a full refund I have been blocked by them via email. This has never been refunded.

Absolutely do not order from this company. Order placed on the 16th December has not arrived and despite numerous emails they refuse to refund my money. Avoid.

Appalling company. Products are over-priced and crap - look nothing like the images online. Emails responded to until photographs are sent then nothing. My elderly Mum bought 3 items - she didn't even get what she ordered and they have just ignored her. I've reported to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards have been made aware.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company . I ordered on 31 st December I have been reassured and fobbed off and have still not received the sweater . I am so disappointed

Their clothing is nothing like the items they advertise. I purchased a jacket which, when it eventually arrived was nothing like the image used in the advert. When I made enquiries to the company in regards the quality and wishing to return it, I was told they were a small local company and asked if I would accept 15% refund. I refused and insisted that I wished to return the item.
I was then told I would have to pay return costs and surprise, surprise here's the address:

I told them this wasn't acceptable as the item did not match description and they have now stopped replying to my emails.

Worst Company Ever. All goods come from China, that is not clear on the website. Do not believe the delivery time as it’s no where near close. 6 weeks since dispatch of my Fair Isle jumper, and no delivery yet. No idea on when either. They are refusing to give refund and very obstructive. Now trying to go through bank instead.

They took 3 months to deliver, and when I got the goods, the quality was so poor that I didn't even pass the stuff on to charity. I just put it all in the bin.

Do not use this company. They do not even deserve 1 star.
They do not honour their refund policy and despite returning goods undamaged and postage paid by myself within the 30 days, I have yet to receive any refund. They offer refunds from 10% to start with ( despite their website saying they give 100% if returned in 30 days) and I have had to negotiate a 100% refund which has still not materialised despite many emails .
My order was placed on 16/12/24. I received it 01/12/24
I have been negotiating my refund since 07/12/24.

Scam, do not use, after waiting 9 weeks for my order, awful quality, nothing like what I ordered and when I complained they offered a 3% refund of my next purchase, would have cost me £18! If I did return , I wouldn't have a hope in hell of getting a refund anyway, stay well away!!!!

Ordered clothing which took about a month to arrive. The quality is diabolical. Their refunds policy states 30 days return not satisfied get a full refund guaranteed. That is not the case as I was first offered 10% then when I pushed back 25%. Eventually I emailed back quoting Consumer Act and found their address in China. Returned the items and put a dispute with my credit card company. Let us see how I get on in getting my full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM TOTAL SCAM.

Scam website. The boots received were a different size to those ordered and very cheaply made. Not leather like advertised and poorly manufactured.
Getting a refund is impossible,even though they guarantee it via their website.

Absolute shower. Scam company. Ordered 2 items they eventually decided to send one. It arrived after 1.5 months! Nothing like described. Ignored at least 15 emails asking for a refund. Kept getting the same cycle of generic email responses all from different people. Eventually got half my money back through a dispute directly with my credit card company.

I ORDERED PYJAMAS FOR CHRISTMAS AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN ONE DAY OF ORDERING AS NOTICED THEY WOULD NOT BE ON TIME. THEY SAID THEY HAD ALREADY DISPATCHED THEM SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM, THEY WERE NOT AS EXPECTED TOO SMALL AND QUALITY NOT THERE, I HAVE EMAILED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WANTED TO SEND THEM BACK. I CHECKED HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST £20 WITH POST OFFICE (CHEAPEST) THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT SO TO CUT MY LOSSES I ASKED FOR THE DISCOUNT. THEY JUST KEEP FOBBING ME OFF SAYING THEY ARE SORTING IT OUT, ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
