Can't even put less than 1 star, ordered 2 jumpers, looked absolutely cheep and very small, had to return them after lots of emails with them refusing to refund sent back to china at a cost of £22 still no refund, they are scamming everyone who buys from them.DO not Buy from this company. I ORDERED ITEMS ON THE 8TH JANUARY FOR UP AND COMING VALENTINES DAY .THEY HAVENT ARRIVED AND ITS MARCH NOW AND THE EMAILS ARE BOUNCING BACK AND NO LONGER EXIST , THE COMPANY HAS GONE IN TO ADMINISTRATION. Ordered a dress for £44.95. When it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was tiny (children’s size). I had to pay postage of £20 to return it to China but still no refund received, despite numerous emails. Terrible experience.

SCAM!!! This is a scam. I paid £40 for a pair of jeans in January. After repeated failed attempts to email and ring them I have no hope that either my jeans or my money will get back to me. AVOID at all cost!!!

Warning - looks like a UK website ships from China.
Ordered two jumpers, when they eventually arrived (7 weeks later) products looked cheap and not well made. Trying to return the goods has been horrendous. First trying to get a satisfactory resolution from customer service was difficult enough. Second, you have to return goods to China where they will get stuck in customs until Vorina pay the release charge which they obviously wont do as its not in there interest. Chasing up a response the customer services email is no longer working. SCAMMERS!!

Like many others I strongly recommend you do not order for this company. My husband bought me some “silk” pyjamas from what he believed was a UK company (.co.uk). The pyjamas when they arrived were the worst type of nylon and were way too small and badly-made. We paid to return them in order to get a refund but they have now been sat in China customs for 6 weeks, so not refund likely then it seems!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Bought a jumper , not cheap. Didn’t resemble photo on website, colour was wrong , shape odd and sleeves too short. Returns to china cost £17.delivery of jumper took over a month to arrive
Company take forever to respond. Offered 10% refund.
Don’t waste your money , I’m £35 out of pocket with a jumper I won’t wear.

Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a knitted jumper and received (6 weeks later after lots of requests) a poorly printed sweatshirt.
They offered me 5% refund and keep the item then increased it slowly and painfully to 35%.
Seriously the item is not worth 10p.
I accepted the refund as the refund fees would be high.
That was over a month ago and still no refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. Would give 0 star if they had it. My daughter bought boots with her birthday money. The product was over sized, bad quality and a different shape from that advertised. They said they would send her a smaller size or my money back if I sent them back at our own cost. I took the latter option. After spending £64 then £22 on returning them they said they couldn’t offer a refund. My 14 year old daughter was left in tears and I felt totally scammed.

Do not buy from this company. They are totally fraudulent I never received anything.

Please don’t use this company. Same story for me - shoddy copy of photographed item delivered. Horrible badgering for refund…they agreed so sent item back. Delivery to them confirmed by Evri, but when I emailed to ask where my refund was, my email bounced back. Don’t buy from them.

This company is a total scam it looks like it has gone out of business after taking a lot of peoples hard earned money it will probably set up another company now in a another name beware !.

So after placing 3 separate orders in early December, 2 arrived and were of poor quality as others have said, and 1 never turned up. After weeks of telling me the 3rd jumper was on its way they eventually admitted it hadn't even been dispatched and they were out of stock! They refused a refund and said I should choose something else from their website. As if. I have now received a chargeback refund from NatWest.
This company is a fraud in every way. They are not UK based, they operate and ship from China. The photos they use of their goods are not a true likeness - they sell cheap replicas of those photos. They take ages to despatch and lie items are on their way when they aren't. They will not give you a refund no matter what once they have your money. They blatantly lie about their Trustpilot rating on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Items ordered from website looked great, couldn't wait for them to arrive prior to Xmas. They didn't arrive until mid Jan. I couldn't believe what had arrived. I'd ordered 2 Shearling Leather Coats. Originally priced at 159.00 but reduced to 79.00 each. I was horrified when they turned up. Not Shearling and certainly not leather. Not even good fakes and sizing totally wrong!! I sent back on Feb 03 via Royal Mail back to China. It's 26th Feb and it's pending in customs! What a terrible service. Now have to wait until March so I can file a lost package with Royal Mail and try and claim back postage plus cost of two coats. As others have said can't get in touch with the company. Please avoid at all costs. Never again Vorina!

Unfortunately I ordered a dress from Vorina 3 months ago and it’s still not came I was getting emails back saying that the dress was on its way/waiting to be shipped and since I complained saying I’m involving my bank ect I have had no contact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I ordered a coat which was too big. They told me to send the coat back which I did and cost me a lot of money, my emails are now blocked and not delivering to them and I will never see that refund.

I was about to write a really s****y review but see it is no longer required as they have, deservedly, gone out of business. They owed us money for an item they never delivered. After contacting them several times, to be reassured it was being dealt with, I gave up and cam on here to warn off other potential customers. I see their parent company is K&D and operate out of the Netherlands. Expect to see another brand name selling the same stuff and providing same poor service soon then!!

I have been waiting for a refund on a coat l returned in January after lots of emails back & forth they have now blocked me and my refund is no longer.
The coat l ordered was the thickness of a dressing gown please people DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS SITE

I wish I could give this 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It seems to be a massive scam!!!! I have had an awful experience with this company and really wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing.
Before Christmas I thought I would buy a new coat. I purchased what was advertised as a 'Vintage Winter Coat' for £139. I spent this much because the website offered a full refund if returned in 30 days of you weren't satisfied with the item.
When it arrived it was nothing like it had been described and did not resemble how it looked in the picture. I would say in looked more like a button up woolly jumper than a coat, it was small and poor quality and in no way looked vintage.

I immediately emailed them, saying I wanted a full refund for the item. Like others here, they initially stated that I was not entitled to a refund unless the item was damaged, but that they could offer a partial refund and I could keep the product. I took a screenshot of the statements made on their website and pointed out that the website does not say anything about the item needing to be damaged and it offers a FULL refund.
Eventually after some back and forth they gave an address in China to send the item too and said I had to cover the coat myself.
Stupidly I did this, spending £30 on tracked delivery to China. My parcel waited over a month and customs and Vorina just stopped replying to my emails regarding an update on the refund.
I sent them evidence of it being sent as well as the tracking. On one occasion someone emailed me saying my refund was being processed, but then the next day someone else emailed me and said this was a mistake, but seemed to be unaware that I had posted the item as they repeated the initial instructions (despite being part of the same email chain).
Then after this all my emails have been rejected. I'm absolutely gutted. In total I have spent £159 and I have no item to show for it. I have no winter coat and cannot afford to buy another.
I am still trying to contact them via different emails and I will try calling too, but this has been going on for more than two months now and I've had nothing.

I will be reporting this company to the ECC as they are registered in the Netherlands. ( They do not make it clear at all that items will need to be returned to China either!!!!)

Everything is a lie with this company.

I ordered a fairisle jumper before Christmas. It arrived well after Christmas and it was of such poor quality - nylon material with jagged seams - I emailed my complaint and asked for a refund. Vorina offered a small sum in compensation if I keep the article. I said I didn't want it and would return it for a full refund. Was given an address in East China to return the item. I did return it and kept the receipt from Royal Mail. It cost me £17 in postage. I emailed a copy of the postage receipt to them and let them know I expected to receive a refund for the item plus the postage. I have received nothing but excuses. It is now late february and still no refund.
