Bonjour très bien rien à redire niveau commande et au niveau services clients une suggestion la casquette graffiti trucker aurais été bien en baseball juste le devant en graffiti et le arrière noir ou alors avec un ou deux logo de rappelle bonne journée à vous

Livraison rapide mais un tee shirt me semble un peu trop étroit pourtant j’ai pris la même taille …

Quality, a joke! Walmart would be better. Price, outlandish for the quality! $250 for a matching set of legging and zip-up. Don’t waste your money, you can buy great quality such a Lulu or Vuori for the same price or lower. AND if you decide it’s crap once you receive, they charge a “restocking fee” and only issue merch credits. They don’t even want their sub-standard crap back.

J’ai passé commande récemment et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Le site est clair et la commande a été simple à effectuer. La livraison a été rapide et soignée, et l’article reçu correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. La qualité est au rendez-vous, avec de belles finitions, et l’emballage était nickel.
Je suis vraiment satisfait de mon achat et je recommanderai sans hésiter.

Ras parfait rapide et conforme

I placed an order for two purses on November 2, 2025, in the hopes of receiving in time for Christmas. That did not happen, as I was informed on December 17 that the carrier reported the items damaged. I contacted Von Dutch via email to see if I could still get my order fulfilled. I was informed one of the purses was discontinued, and as a result, they would not be able to fulfill my order at all. Unfortunately, they have had my full payment since November 2, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and I was told at one point that it was my job to contact the carrier. Which is not my responsibility as a paying customer. I have no clue if I will ever receive my $300 refund from Von Dutch. The communication with their customer service has disappeared on their end. I wish I had checked the reviews for this company before I placed my order. I would stay far away from this company as they clearly do not stand behind their "customer service". They have my $300, I have nothing.

I ordered a the Black & White Cow Print Vegan Pony Hair Vegan Bag, on January 13th. I paid $60 for next day air because I needed the bag for Saturday the 16th. I was shipped the wrong bag and had to find a replacement to go with my outfit. I contacted Von Dutch on the 15th and received an automatic generated response. I stated that I would like my $60 shipping fee refunded and the cost of the bag refunded. I was told that shipping fees are non refundable. I asked could my concerns be escalated to a supervisor, due to the fact that I’m not at fault. I was ignored and received another email telling me to return the bag for a refund. No mention of my express payment for shipping. I’m extremely upset because I spent extra money to get the bag on time. Extremely upset because my concerns are not being reviewed by a supervisor!
