Horrible horrible experience with Von Dutch. I ordered over $800 worth of merchandise. Never received shipping updates, no live customer service rep to speak to. No working phone numbers. Horrible horrible

UPDATE: I pushed them to check on my unshipped order after 2 full weeks of it being stuck at "package acceptance pending" and customer service telling me to file a claim with USPS. Only after I sent back an email asking THEM to check on the order they were responsible for shipping out, and which hadn't been accepted for two weeks, did my package start to show movement. As of today it's been a month since I ordered one item from them, and I still haven't received it. 11 days of that was just me waiting for them to ship their product.

Terrible company to deal with. Shipping takes forever, and they don’t like to respond to emails. I received an email that a backpack that I wanted was back in stock. Ordered the backpack, got purchases verification, got a shipping notification, credit card was charged, and waited. After a week went by, no shipping updates. Sent a email asking for information and was told that the item was out of stock. It’s frustrating that they don’t have better stock quantity information. Changed my order and it’s been a week now and still waiting for updates. Very frustrating.

Dont buy anything from the von Dutch website. Customer service is horrible. Never received my items I ordered. Numerous emails and nothing. Bad business.

My purse was delivered on time. My only complaint is the quality. I was expecting so much better, I'm not even sure if this is really Von Dutch to be honest. Hmm is this website authentic? The quality of my purse is no better than a swap meet knockoff. (I purchased the crossbody mini bag @ $99.00)

Von Dutch sent my hay to the wrong address (my old address from over 10 years ago as a default address) and I tried to stop the delivery before, during and after the delivery and Von Dutch will do nothing. No new hat, no attempt to make me whole or satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM VON DUTCH. They only care about money.

J ai commandé le short de bain Von Dutch j en suis ravis il est très jolie et taille correctement. De même pour la paire de claqette .Je me hâte d aller à la plage avec . Reçu correctement emballé , rapidement , bon suivi du colis par mail . Merci du cadeau A bientôt !

ZERO STARS! This company is genuinely scamming people by charging their card at checkout then creating a shipping label with an expected delivery date, they then disappear and never send anything. I’ve left multiple comments on their Instagram posts that have been deleted multiple times, along with trying to get in touch customer service but no luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
