Paid for a Month, Lost Access After 4 Days
I contacted Voice‑Swap.ai to turn off auto‑billing so I wouldn’t be charged again next month. Learning how to use their system and getting the AI voice to sound right uses a lot of credits, so I decided not to continue after the first month, which they don't give you much of to begin with. I only canceled the future billing — not the subscription itself.
Instead of keeping my paid month active until the end, Voice‑Swap removed my Pro access after only four days simply because I turned off auto‑renew. Their system now wants me to pay again for the same month I already paid for. I received four days of access instead of the full month.
On top of that, the platform does not save projects. If a window closes or the system glitches, you lose everything — the processed stems, the work you paid credits for, and the credits themselves. Voice‑Swap consumes credits the moment you start processing, not when you download, so any interruption means those credits are gone permanently.
Support responded once but did not address the issue, and they have not replied to my follow‑up messages.
Overall, the combination of early access removal, lost credits, no project‑saving system, and unresponsive support made the experience extremely frustrating. I paid for a full month but did not receive a full month of service. Because of this — and the way credits are consumed — I’ve since moved on to another platform.
