I NEVER got any follow up calls after installation, one guy let something fall while removing it and put a hole in my wall, onto which Ryan slapped on some spackle that I had on hand. The floor holds on to stains like a dying man hanging on to his last breath!! The owner is a fantastic salesman, I'll have to give him that; he talked me into spending a bunch of money on something I probably never needed in the first place! The no follow up really bothers me the most, every time I see that white patch on my wall that I do not have any more of the paint left to cover it up......I also don't like that I can't adjust the water pressure unless I turn the shower head that I installed to replace the (IMO) subpar one that came with the unit.

Shower wall has no plywood backing behind acrylic,wavy finger caulked seams,no project manager, gap between wall,scratched shower valance,door not opening,3 revisit. Overpriced/ poor quality

It is refreshing to come across a company like Signature Bath Solutions. Adam is an honest straight shooter. And the installers, Ryan and Levi, were professional, meticulous and thorough. At the end of the day, not only did we have an awesome new bath but the house was cleaner than before they started! We are very happy with Signature Bath Solutions!

We just had our tub to shower conversion done and I must say I couldn't be happier! From the start Adam was a pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would and showed us all of our options.
He recommended a shower that met all of our needs. The installers, Bobby,Creed and Gunner were on time, very nice and polite and they cleaned up perfectly. Their work was amazing and I couldn't be happier! To top it off, it was all done in just 1 day! Great job all!
