I have been purchasing from Vogacloset ever since it launched, and my experience has been amazing so far! I never had to return any item because of poor quality or damaged items. Its my 1st option to go for stylish party dresses in particular.
In general, I highly recommend it.

I love how fast they delivered my order, me and my daughter loved the products.
Definitely will be my first place to do my online shopping! Keep up the fantastic work

I wish I read some reviews before deciding to order . The item arrived damaged and it s been 2 weeks since I am trying to return it, but they are just trying to avoid the return and refund.
Its a big scam website . Please do not order. A waste of money and time. I will make sure to take the issue to another level, as such scams should not exist.

They have the worst customer service ever. There are unavailable to take your call always. They do not respond to inquiries made on their customer care email. There is no tracking number as yet. I regret purchasing from this online scam website

I viewed the items on the original website and I found out that vogacloset doubles the price of the pieces. Their "sales" are just a big scam I don't know why people still recommend it. I'm so angry about this I feel like my money is stolen

Awful customer service, refunds are delayed. Items shipped to UAE are overpriced to cover the taxes and on top they make up paying custom duties taxes which they keep for themselves even if you have returned the the items. I asked to speak to the management about this, still waiting for someone to call me!

A very disappointed customer. Quality is low low unfortunately after washing my dress had to throw in garbage. This is 400aed plus dress. Never again am I buying anything from u guys.

I don’t trust a website that doesn’t allow or display customer reviews on items. For example I base most of my SHEIN purchases based on customer pictures to see if the are true to the official photo.

With VogaCloset a lot of the times the items are NOTHING like the picture

Customer service is horrible. Don’t order from them. I ordered stuff in the past which I had to return. Now every time I place an order I get a called from a rude passive aggressive person reminding me that I had returned items in the past as if they are holding grudge and making sure it won’t happen again. They don’t treat customers that return items very well. Most of the merchandise is bad quality anyways.

I had request a return and they called me when I had a class and my phone was away, now I’m waiting for another week for the return delivery!!! I’m so disappointed for waiting this long and no one called me or asked me or even e-mail me about this problem!

The worst of the worst, they ruined my day don't buy from them unless you want to waste your time and your money.

Vogacloset quickly became one of my favorites. Ordered through their website 6 times during quarantine and everything is packaged well and carefully. Im from the middle east (Qatar specifically) and the delivery takes 2 weeks, which is kind of slow. But im okay with it because the items gets delivered to me right to my doorstep.

Worst online shopping website ever!!!!!!
They show you a piece on the model, and you get something else. Really bad stitching and materials for the price. Not worth it at all.

Excellent , all items arrived on time with great quality, it just take them long time to deliver
