Finished product is beautiful! Enjoyed doing the first one so much I ordered two more before I finished. Very relaxing, calming and addictive. Love it!

I ordered custom prints in November and still have not received anything. Never received notice that my order shipped to attempt to track my order. As of now will not order again and disappointed.

The photos I ordered were custom. Their site says 2 day shipping, when this is not at all reality. It ships from China and takes over a month. Disappointed I ordered in mid november and didn't receive my orders until after Christmas.

I ordered two different photos and received two orders with the same photo! They were bent in the packages and just total garbage, so I threw them out. When I asked for a refund because I got two of the same photo, they asked for a picture of it but it was too late as I had already thrown them in the garbage.

I only asked for a refund of the duplicate order, but they refused unless I sent a photo. Too late for me now, but perhaps you can save yourself and not waste your time and money waiting for a product that is not as advertised.

Great product! Everything is in the kit you need. Time goes by so quickly when your working on your picture. Very addicting. Highly recommend Vizo arts.

I ordered one that I thought looked cool on the site and a custom one of my fiancé and I during our engagement proposal. Both arrived in great condition and I couldn't be happier that I went with VizuArts! Great quality, no missing parts, and the end result is incredible. Thank you so much!

This was a Christmas gift for an elderly person. The numbers may be too small for her to read. The delivery took longer than I expected but I believe it was due to the Christmas rush.
On the bright side, I submitted a personal photo to be used as the picture and that was meaningful to the receiver.

I saw this on Facebook and I was sceptical. But I tried it anyway and now I am hooked. It is so relaxing. I am having a good time with it.

I am not sure if it was because of the holidays or the pandemic. But it seemed to take longer than normal to get my order.
I would recommend getting a bigger picture/art because it is difficult to see some of the symbols on the smaller ones. Otherwise, I really like what I ordered.

Love mine !! Can’t stop working on it and my 12 year old granddaughter loves it too. Ordered one for her and several others. Great way to spend time since we stay home so much now !!

I ordered my item 3 weeks before christmas. It never arrived.. I emailed the service team and apparently it had been sent back to them. I had no contact from anyone to tell me this had happened. I was told they would send it back asap, however I have still not recieved it and have not heard a word from anyone on its whereabouts. I'd simply just like a refund now as its been too long and I had to get my mum another gift as she had no Christmas gift. And I'm out of pocket.

An Amazing product that my better half loves so much. She is happily spending hours completing her Tigers and is looking forward to me purchasing her next cnavas.

It was a gift for the girl I take care of and she couldn’t be happier with it. We work on it together and she creates a story for each diamond.

I’ve been very pleased with my paintings. I’ve completed 3 of them and have 1 1/2 to go! All of mine have been custom pictures that I sent in. I’ve given them all as gifts so some day I need to do one for ME! The drills are cut well, I’ve never run out of a color and I’ve used both the round and square drills. This is my new addiction! When the first ones arrived I thought “this will take forever!” But I was surprised at how fast I got them done. Even a few minutes each day and you see great progress. I WILL order again. The custom kits take right around 28 days to arrive, so plan ahead!

I’m excited and enjoying my diamonds painting art. Is really relaxing and the product is great, no damage and all the kits included. It does take a while to receive it but it’s worth waiting for. Thank you VizuArts teams great Ideas.

Your email request to complete this reveiw was sent 1-2-2021, but I still haven't received my order from Dec. 3rd. As I try to track my delivery, I get multiple inconsistant inforamtion. Je suis un peu déçue de la photo que vous m'avez envoyée car les couleurs de votre envoi ne correspondent pas toujours à celles de ma photo et c'est bien dommage
de plus quelquefois les perles sont marron et le fond est kaki ce qui fait qu'utilisant des perles rondes on peut voir que la couleur du fond est différente et c'est très visible.

Great project, looks beautiful a d everything is very well labeled. Giving it 4 stars because the project takes a lot longer to complete than I thought, but it's still a very relaxing hobby. Definitely recommend.

I got someone else's portrait, which means someone has my family photo that I spent $130 on. I am waiting for the response from them. But it is very annoying and not professional
