Ordered Nov 30th got the frame Dec 30th still waiting for the painting.

Thank You for your paintings..Yes they are helpful mind-wise health , time consumption health, calming health, and much more . The guys even like doing them. And they even like the personal pens. I didn't order any for them ....but I like mine. It's pretty . And personal. The light-up dimmer table helps at all times of the day or night. I really like your selection. Hey but if you come up with any on roller skating you got my buys.!! Thanks again. Will be back for more....from Shelter Cove CA. USA.

I ordered 3 painting, the first one I did, I ran out of a certain number drill. So, I looked at my second painting which had the same number drills. I used those to complete my first painting. In the meantime I messaged Vizuarts about the situation telling them I'm gonna run out of this drill number for my second painting since I used them for first painting. They assured me they would send out this drill number. I'm still waiting. I finished the 3rd painting without issue. Now I'm about to finish 2nd painting but have not received the drill number that's going to be short..
Plus, some of the drills are smooth surface not DIAMOND shaped. Not gonna order from this company again.
Paintings do look nice when finished but they could be better.

I still have not received my painting kit. It was shipped on11/30 and a month later I still haven’t received it!!!!
I would like a refund!

I have been nothing but happy with Vizuarts. I get my orders quickly and have never had a problem. I highly recommend Vizuarts to anyone looking for Diamond art paintings.

My daughter loved her diamond painting. We ordered 3 more custom photos and hoping to see how they turn out!

I m sorry for the bad review but I have ordered my paintings on the 27th of November and I haven’t received them yet so I don’t know if I would have enjoyed them

It is more fun than I thought. Once I got used to the small pieces.

Very fun! My two teens have done more than I have! We still have a ways to go. I didn't realize how tiny the pieces are and need a magnifying glass to read the legend! Perfect, fun project!

I actually received mine a week after I ordered it and was really pleased. Although with all of my Christmas decorations, I had to wait until after Christmas to get started. I have now worked on it the last couple of days and as soon as I get close to being done, I will be ordering another

before playing with new PlayStation! Very engaging project for kids of all ages !

I ordered 2 pkg's in Nov. and now end of Dec and still waiting for them as they are in Vancouver BC. A friend waited just about 3 months to get hers hopefully I'll get them sooner. Looking forward to trying them but the shipping sure isn't the greatest or fastest. I'll be able to write something better once I get them they look great.

I have not gotten my purchase yet, What gives?

I am 80 years old and love spending my time with these projects. I have three to finish and I will be ordering more as soon as I am done with these. One thing I did notice is that the last batch I received, some of the bead packs have a lot of scraps in them. I have not experienced this before.

Very disappointed in the product. In your advertising it showed large diamonds. When I opened my product they were tiny tiny diamonds which is no good for me. One of the colors there was over 3,000 pieces.

Hi I'm happy to say I finally received my order it took some time but it arrived on Christmas eve just in time to make it under the tree it beautiful it will be my first with square diamond .
I like the little extra that came with it.

I can't get any one to contact me. I placed an order, my grandchildren gave me a gift card, however, my credit card won't go through. I'm very concerned. There is no telephone number you can call.

Shipping took over a month to Finland. We got all three pieces what we ordered and have started making the first one. Once I send email to customer service and got answer within 24 hours. Happy with service and packages.
