Vivipins really turned out some gorgeous enamel pins for me! They were wonderful with communication, answering all my questions and concerns. The was in issue with one of the molds and they let me know about it, apologizing for the mild delay. I still received everything on time. Not many companies are that transparent with their customers. They went above and beyond! Will definitely be using them again!

I've been using Vivipins for several years now. They always deliver my products on time and they're great quality. When they made an error with one of my orders, they offered to remake my order free of charge and send it to me. I will continue using them. Alicia and Chaynee have been a lot of help

Have reordered from them multiple times. When there are problems they work to resolve.

I have ordered four different designs from Vivi: 3 enamel pins and 1 keychain, all quantities of 100. Each order was received and mocked up within 24-36 hours of the initial order. After confirming the mock ups, or requesting changes (which were corrected within 24 hours), the production process for each was about 3 weeks, which I expected and did not choose to pay for a faster production time.

Afterward, shipping from China was about 3-5 days at most. Relatively quick, actually. All in all, the entire process was about 4 weeks.

Upon receiving the orders in the mail, the enamel pins looked great. They were complex designs with some glitter colors. I had chosen the locking back option for a little extra charge, too. Some of those were hard to remove but I think that’s the fault of the back piece manufacturing and not Vivi. And, fortunately, I had a bag of extra locking backs on hand and could switch them out. The pins were fantastic otherwise and looked better than the mock ups.

I did have an issue with the keychains, which was another complex design. When I received that order, about 30% of the enamel pieces had defects (missing enamel, scratches, enamel drips where it wasn’t supposed to be) and all of the keychain hardware was not included. This was such a huge contrast to the other three orders I made. I contacted them with photos of each piece that I could not sell and within 1 business day, Vivi responded and said they would remake the 30% and refund me for the missing keychain hardware (I had already told them I bought some hardware myself to put on the pieces so this was acceptable to me.) They were very apologetic and quick to correct the mistakes. I get it. Mistakes happen, especially with mass production. I was impressed with their speediness to help me resolve the issue.

When I received the replacements (another 3 weeks but I told them not to rush, as I had 70 I could sell still), they were perfect! Vivi also reassured me that they were looking into the production of the enamel to ensure it would not happen again.

All in all, I’m very pleased with Vivi both in production and in response. As far as the keychain drama, I’m considering that a one-off fluke, since they’ve already proven to me with 3 orders before that their standard is much higher. I’ll definitely be using Vivi again in the future.

I have worked with this company monthly for over 2 years now. I always receive quality enamel pins from them. I have tested out different companies but Vivipins is the best. In the 2 years there has been about 2-3 mistakes but this company has great customer service and always communicates right away. I will always recommend them to anyone when it comes to a quality product and fantastic customer service.

I have ordered pins from these guys on several occasions and the quality as well as pricing cannot be beat. The one time I had an issue with an order, it was corrected quickly. Will be back again!

I ordered enamel pins with Serial Numbers and clutch bags to be delivered on a specific date for my son's wedding.
Not only did the order arrive 4 days late (broken machine which they mentioned only after I asked them about the delay), wedding was already done, but the serial numbers and clutch bags I paid extra for were not included. This China-based company is not one I would trust ever again unless they are able to correct the situation which they have not done yet. I will be glad to update my feedback if they can resolve this matter professionally.

Some guy wrote here they are a scam which scared me when I first ordered. I've ordered twice from Vivipins (40-50 pins), each time more satisfied from the last. Great quality, fast shipping (I live in Israel which usually makes shipping things here a nightmare), great website and awesome costumer service that always answered within less than a day even when I had a lot of requests. (btw no one asked me to write this I just wanted people to know it's safe to order from them because of another review left here)

This is a scam. I ordered embroidered patches, they messaged back telling me they would give me printed patches instead. I said no, that I wanted what I ordered, and I requested that they cancel my order (pre-production) and refund me since they couldn't do what I wanted. The "sales rep" completely stopped replying and I have no way of getting a refund for the money I already spent on this order. The company phone number goes to a non-functioning google inbox, the site has bad grammar and stock photos for the executives on the "about us" page. I am very frustrated and unable to contact anyone at the company or cancel my order.

I was looking for a custom neck gaiter and found Vivipins website where they have options to submit a custom design for making a personalized gaiter. I couldn't imagine that honestly that they have no minimum order. I was tired of poor quality and found them honest and do not compromise on the quality fabrics and print.
