The ball marker hat clips we got are amazing! The fact that they are able to craft them to your custom shape and logo is pretty fantastic! Everyone at our golf tournament was super excited to get them in their swag bag and impressed with the design.

I have ordered from Vivipins several times over the last few years and have a great experience each time. Fast orders, worked with me when one of the patch samples wasn't right until I loved it. I've also had multiple pins made in the last 5 years and they all turn out great, too. Big fan.

I’m wondering if there are two separate companies people are experiencing. Half of people say they have had a great experience. Unfortunately, I’m part of the other half. I paid for the enamel pins to be delivered on a specific date, when my family would be together. Today is that day and zero communication from Vivipins since Dec 5 when my order went into production. No shipping notification and no communication about any delays. In fact, I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the company for support.

I am still hoping the order shows at some point but so far, given my experience, I would not recommend this company. I really wish I was one of the other people being able to leave a 5 star review!

Great communication, excellent product quality and printing, super fast delivery. Arrived 20 days sooner than delivery date. I will definitely use this company again.

Communication is poor. Do not hear from them in the time they said they would respond in. They don't address all questions/comments/concerns in life my messages. But then delay getting my proof to me because of the time it's taking for our Communication back and forth. Paid extra for it to be delivered ON a certain date that they are now saying that is not how it works. Had high hopes due to others reviews, but now I've got to disappoint my daughter because she won't have trading pins for softball in time for our trip.

I am so happy with this place! First not only did they accept my order for just 1 patch which other places said they would do only to find out at when filling out the form they actually required 10 but they gave me 2 anyway for the price of 1! Second the patch they custom made from a picture I sent them was just done beautifully!!! Love it love it love it 😀

I am VERY impressed with their service! They are quick to respond to messages and were able to work on my design mock ups quickly. I had a few pins arrive that did not follow the design spec and ViviPins quickly re-manufactured the pins and rush shipped them. This is an excellent testament to their customer service and I look forward to working with them again on future projects!
