I ordered and paid for some items from Vivichi, 2 of one item and only received 1. I have emailed several times and tried calling but can't get any response.

sent 3 emails no response never received my item which i paid £50 for.

Loved the variety and unique colour options on the website! Also loved how affordably priced everything was.
Ordered 3 co-ords and a graphic tee and they all looked great and fit perfectly.
I’ll be back for more!

Really good experience and friendly and professional team! First of all I don’t think they’re given enough credit that all of their items are UK made, especially for their price point. I first had some troubles with the website and messaged their team and got a reply the next day. Although I managed to make my order despite these problems, they were very friendly and helpful. I received my items in a few days and they were well packaged, I have to say I am absolutely in love with each item! I ordered the grey joggers, a ruched mini dress and some black wide leg trousers with a slit. I’m not kidding when I say they are my favourite trackies ever, they are super oversized exactly like the picture and the comfiest things ever. They feel really good quality too and fit perfectly so are so flattering (even for trackies!). The dress and trousers are so super flattering they are some of the most flattering items of clothing I own and fit like a glove, I can’t wait to wear them out. I’m so soo picky so this is really not something that happens especially with online orders, but I’m so surprised to see the negative reviews and wanted to share my experience too!

Amazing service, ordered Friday afternoon and arrived Saturday even during the lockdown period. The joggers are great quality, thick, and sit really well. The size is great and they don’t lose their shape! Have already ordered again from you. Thank you! X

Ordered a cycle shorts co ord top and the shorts top fits fine M/L (12/14) but the top fits fine but the bottoms i think they are more like a 8/10,its got a blue sequin eye on the top and bottoms the tops fine but the material on the shorts has come off,but they are good quality cant moan,and they were 15 pounds,but other than that,great quality.id recomend ordering a size up if your a medium order a large if your a large 12/14 order a xl.

Ordered some joggers from here and there the absolute best so soft and comfy! Great quality products that get delivered quickly! Couldn’t recommend their service enough either, always helpful and get back to any queries straight away! Will 100% be ordering again! The best lounge wear I’ve come across!

Come across this randomly and I brought about 7 items of clothing and everything is perfect and very reasonably priced and also came in 2 days, will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Terrible management of both their online store and deliveries. I ordered two items last Saturday and had to email and chase multiple times to receive tracking details! The tracking details don’t work unless the item has been shipped and it is now 5 working days since my order ,which online states 2-3 working days for delivery!
Would not recommend for an easy purchase.

Had a bit of misunderstanding at the beginning , but after that everything was solved thanks to Sophie. The guys are nice and really do care about their customers! Thank you , can't wait to receive my goodies 🙏🏼

Ordered two items over a week ago, was sent a confirmation and shipping email with a Royal Mail tracking number included. After days of waiting for the items, I decided to track the items but the tracking number is not recognised by Royal Mail. I have emailed them TWICE with no reply and still have not received my goods even though they've taken the money from my account already. Absolutely disgusting service and I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

Ordered dress two days ago off vivichi and still haven’t received confirmation email after emailing them twice and they haven taken the money ,also this is a Christmas present !
