I am beyond disgusted at this company and honestly wish I had read the reviews! I came across them on Instagram and purchased some dresses and Jewellery totalling £116! Weeks have gone by with no order delivered, contacted them twice only to be fobbed off with false promises of making the shipping a priority IF the items are in stock! What??? Why take peoples money if you don’t have products in stock!? I eventually requested to cancel and it has been over 7 days with no sight of a refund! I will be contacting my local bank and flagging this as a fraudulent company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The quality is rubbish nothing like what you see on their website or social media. Extremely disappointing which is why I needed to share this review so no one else falls into this trap!!

I ordered my dress March 9th, and they finally decided to look at my order 9 days after i placed it. I’ve waited 20 days and my dress is nowhere close to being delivered to me. Disappointing.

Ordered on Feb 28 and still haven’t received the order. I don’t have high hopes

The worst company ever. The material is so cheap. Good luck trying to get a refund. They have been trying to scam me and refusing to refund me my money.
Stay away and never order from them.

I wish I could give you zero star. I ordered kaftan and abaya. They changed me 150$ and I just received my parcel. The cloth material is so so cheap. Doesn’t even match a bit what they showed in their videos on instagram. Please don’t fool people for money and let me know how can I get my money back. Very shameful

Please please please do not order here!! The orders that came are of poor quality!! The quality of chinese markets that are around $10 less. Bazaar styles. The photos that they use are thick and excellent quality (it’s a lie!) the markup is so crazy. This is a scam. I wished I read the reviews!

Found this company online when searching for a lounge suit i had seen someone wearing but could not find anywhere. Delivery was within days really quick. Order arrived and I loved the lounge suit, fit perfect. Usually i find suits bigger on bottom or smaller but this was perfect true to size so ordered more styles. Slight issue with second order, arrived again within days but only 2 items received instead of 3. Couple of emails and issue resolved within the hour. Have not taken off any stars for this issue as honestly they deserve the full marks for fast delivery and response to my emails and resolving my query within the hour..from experience other larger companies would take day or two possibly longer to resolve... I will definitely order from vivichi again and highly recommend if you want boutique styles that aren’t all over the high street but are fashionable and unique.

I ordered on the 28th October a big order for over £107 and still no order contacted this so many times and nothing I’m so annoyed

I have used this retailer a few times recently, the first time the jacket began to fault and they very quickly replaced the jacket and the replacement was fault free.
I then placed a second order with three items and accidently sent them through as three separate payments with three delivery charges i quickly contacted the retailer and they sent them through as one and refunded the extra delivery charge.

I bought the Borg long jacket in grey and the material is awful looks so cheap not even worth £1. Going to return the item.
