Avoid at all costs. I ordered the £5 trial box. I still have not received this and £19.90 has been deducted from my card. There is no contact details, other than an email address which they do not respond to and social media details again they do not respond to. Additionally, they do not allow you to opt out the subscription service which I did not sign up to in the first place. Horrendous company. Do not use.

Todos los meses nos llega un de las cajas y la verdad es que vivimos junto con la gata que tenemos la misma con ilusión. Le encanta los juguetes y la mayoría de comida.

Una maravilla, a mis gatitas les encanta, sobretodo sus juguetes personalizados.
Yo llevo ya un año y súper contenta, chuches naturales, todo sin grano por que una de mis gaturris es celíaca.

My cats just received their second box and they loved it! Especially the toy that you get with it and the fresh tinned foods! Can't wait for next months already

Furious! I ordered a £5 trial box without subscription to see what the boxes were like. The £5 box was cancelled and Vivacats have taken £19.99 for a subscription I did not authorise a few days later. I have emailed them with no response several times and when I was origianlly notified my £5 box was cancelled I opted for a refund and stated that they were to make sure no future payments were taken as I had not given permision for a subscription and had since found out they had form for frauding customers like this. I recieved the £19.99 box today and it is shameful; one cheap toy and a couple of packets of little biscuits. I am disgusted with the actions and service of this company and have contacte dmy bank regarding this. Please beware and do not let them do this to you too. I stil await contact from them and a refund.

Néanmoins je constate que vous tentez de refaire des prélèvements. J'exige de recevoir ma box ou bien de recevoir mon remboursement.

Es la primera cajita que recibimos y la verdad que mi gatita y yo estamos muy contentas! Lo que más le ha gustado sin duda son las delicias del mar y el taxi de catnip

Mis gatos les encantan la caja, parece que la huelen cuando llega. Son 4 y les encanta jugar con los juguetes que trae y quitárselos unos a otros, desde luego que es una alegría verlo tan felices.

Tengo 3 gatetes y se han puesto muy contentos con su caja Vivacats, son muy delicado con sus chuches pero estas les han encantado y con los juguetes no paran de jugar. Muy contenta con mi compra!!

An exciting box with a mix of toys, treats and accessoriess. Unfortunately my cat doesn't like catnip and the box had two items, so a little disappointed with that but otherwise my cat loved the rest.

Please do not sign up to this company. Their website states there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. I joined on 14/02/20, they have taken 2 payments and supplied nothing. I have advised no less than 8 times I wish to cancel and in return you get a reply saying your goods MAY come. This is not good enough and surely a breach of trading standards. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company. The lack of customer service is appalling

This is a total waste of money - I have been charged for boxes but received none of them. After the initial apology email that claimed all boxes were lost in February, I just received the same loop of 2 or 3 responses that were obviously just generic and sent to the masses. I have asked to speak to someone on the phone with no response and to speak to a manager - also ignored.
I have asked for my money several times and each time I have been ignored and have had the same generic email sent to me.
However, yesterday when I explained that I would be contacting Trading Standards, I was told by Vivacats that I would just have to ait for my boxes.
Today I received an email that said that they have updated their tracking and they believe that I have actually received my boxes! It has got to the point of it being ridiculous now and they are actually claiming that I am lying.

I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.

Au Début pas de soucis, box découverte, puis seconde, un peu prélevé de force quand même, (J'avais demandé une box unique mais surprise si on ne résilie pas ça se reconduit automatiquement, c'est déjà un peu limite à mon goût mais bref).
Les 2 premières reçu sympa dans l'ensemble mais c'est ensuite que ça se complique.
Satisfaite des 2 premières je décide de prendre un abonnement, et la... 2 prélèvement en moins d'une semaine mais une seule box envoyée, et encore a mon ancienne adresse alors que je l'ai correctement mise a jour sur le site (adresse de livraison figurant sur la facture est pourtant bien ma nouvelle adresse, la bonne)
Plusieurs mails envoyés au service client a ce sujet... 0 réponse
Du coup impossible de récupérer la box, j'ai demandé a la poste de la mettre en retour a l'expéditeur afin qu'il puisse réparer leur erreur, de nouveau, mail au service client toujours aussi inexistant,
La seconde box débitée n'a quand à elle jamais été expédiée et depuis j'ai eu un 3ème prélèvement.
En résumé 3 prélèvements et aucun colis reçu, un service client qui ne répond a aucune de mes relances.
Sans réponse de leur part impossible de résilier l'abonnement en plus
Je songe vraiment a porter plainte si je n'ai pas très rapidement de leurs nouvelle !

I have never had a problem with vivacats . I have been receiving a box every month for the last year . My cats love the food and goodies that come .

Ordered a box for feb, have taken my money but I haven’t received the box or any confirmation of my order or delivery!!

Llevo dos meses con la suscripción de vivacats y la verdad que me encanta! Si es verdad como dicen en algunos comentarios que no llega exactamente lo que dicen que va a llegar pero supongo que es por tema de existencias,de todas formas te lo sustituyen por otra cosa y te llega la cantidad de articulos que dice que va a llegar. Yo he contactado un par de veces conellos y siempre me contestan muy rapido (siempre una tal Sara) y siempre me ha ayudado,por ejemplo me han ofrecido cambiar un producto que a mis gatos no les gusta por otro. Creo que es de destacar que la realmente se paga bastante por los articulos pero si es verdad que son de buenas marcas y los juguetes fabricados por ellos.Al fin y al cabo es un "postureo" como se dice en estos tiempos jeje y creo que hay que tenerlo en cuenta al suscribirse (no es algo realmente necesario para nuestros gatos sino un caprichito todos los meses) es un detalle muy bonito cada mes si te lo puedes permitir.Por ahora me va muy bien.Gracias!
