Bought some bricks and mixers. Delivery driver was very rude. Didnt even ask me to help him but directly said take your stuff man from inside the lorry.

i am in a process of buying bricks. it is ridiculous... the transport went up 100% due to a change in colour of the bricks.. then they sent the wrong bricks and my whole building plan is delayed.. every change (always due to their mistakes) cost more money.. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Outstanding customer service from Shannon and the rest of the Vitcas team. I only ordered one product at a relatively small cost which I had a slight issue with. I contacted the support team who were extremely polite, professional and actually listened to my problem. The matter was resolved within 24 hours and I was even offered continued support and advice from Shannon, although she was fully aware that I did not require any further products. I Cannot rate Vitcas and the team highly enough.

I bought an expensive (£2000+) pizza oven from Vitcas. When it arrived the concrete was clearly not properly cured (damp to the touch and very friable). The oven was constructed exactly according to their instructions but wouldn't burn properly nor get up to temperature. masses of smoke coming ot of the front of the oven making it impossible to use. Full-thickness cracks also started to appear in the concrete. Vitcas support were worse than useless, always trying to blame me and insist I go through absurd 'troubleshooting' procedures. In the end they refused to deal with me and I took out a County Court action to recover my money. At last I got their attention

Someone from Vitcas came on site, but also couldn't get it to burn properly. Eventually they refunded my money, but not the court fee.

They also failed to fully complete a GDPR subject data access request which will be the subject of a further legal action.

All in all, I cannot recommend highly enough that you avoid this firm.

Purchased 3 items from website, then a day later told only two were in stock. No offer to deliver the third item at a later date only cancel whole order or take the 2 items and still pay full delivery. Later they couldn't even send invoices that related to the correct amount paid.

Ordered some fire bricks/fireback and a Lintel, but upon delivery the Lintel had snapped. Contacted Shannon immediately and they said a replacement was to been sent out and would be 1 to 2 days. Early the next day it arrived. Great customer service

I bought some products online for my pizza oven and a nice lady helped me over the phone. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. :)

Ordered materials to build a pizza oven. Pallet Service provider (Ramage) advised would be delivered on a certain day (not within the delivery timescales stated on Victas web-site), stayed in all day to receive delivery and nothing. Called delivery company who advised too busy to deliver today, might be tomorrow. Victas kindly provided a good-will gesture credit to help compensate for the inconvenience during the delivery process and followed up with me.

We ordered a VITCAS Wood Fired Bread/ Pizza Oven but they never delivered the front cast iron door with thermometer so literally we cannot use the oven.
We have now being told that we have to wait 2-3 weeks because the door is not in stock.
Why this has not been told to us in advance?

I spent ages looking online for cheap ceramic blanket and ceramic fire bricks. Vtcas were the cheapest by a country mile so I made my order and two days later everything arrived and its absolutely spot on. I cant comment on other peoples experience with this company but mine has been excellent! Didnt get a tracking number and didnt need to contact customer support so I cant comment on their aftersales service.

Scammer do not use this site ! Ordered a item was told it would be next day and paid for next day , waited 3/5 days and still not here have sent 3 emails and none have been replied to , seems like what the other reviews say is correct they take your money and do not send goods Do NOT USE !!!!! Scammers

Purchased an in stock pizza oven only to be told made to order... No such wording on website.. Told of delivery 3 separate days. Eventually got the oven and incredibly poor build and pieces didn't fit together will. Certain not as shown in the poor instructions sent. Buy elsewhere!

Awful. Website does not have up to date stock information. Waited over a week for a product that was supposed to be next day delivery. Took them two days to inform me product was out of stock and would be delivered a week late. When it arrived it was cut to the wrong size (shorter) and I must now wait for a refund. Customer service doesn't want to know. Either ignored emails or phone number just rings then cuts out. they work hard to get your money then stop bothering. SCAMMERS BEWARE

Totally appalling customer service, large order placed,website stated 3/5 days delivery, recieved email 2 days later saying one iteam out of stock ,made a call to them to place a different size ,told order will still arrive on time ,3 days later another email sent to me ,another phone to sort out ,again told order will still arrive ,they had already taken £710 .00 from my account ,9 days later no order ,lie after lie after lie, they are not answering my questions emailed to them at all ,but 4 days ago offered to refund 39.00 delivery charge ,but havnt even done that and wont reply to my question asking when they will refund ,stay clear of this company they are very unprofessional and appalling to deal with !!!!!!!

My second order with Vitcas, wow a company that delivers when they promise.

Two bricks were damaged, I contacted them and received excellent customer service. Replacements were dispatched and arrived the next day.

Excellent customer service, pizza oven arrives and base was damaged in transit, contact the company and new base arrived next day.

I bought a stove rope kit which consisted of rope and adhesive. The adhesive had obviously been hanging around a while, it was dried up and impossible to use. Until now the company has apologised but not replaced or refunded my money. Think twice, the only reviews I have seen since are not good.

I've been chasing up this order every day for weeks. At first they alleged it had been left in an unknown location and every day their courier would go and retrieve for me a soggy parcel which had been left outdoors for over a week. I've heard nothing about the refund I requested. Calls are almost never returned. Emails are never returned. I'm still getting no replies or tracking information. It looks like I will have to contact the Consumers Association and anywhere else where I can make an official complaint to try to get my money back. I've tried many times to contact a manager. They are always "in a meeting." When a company takes your money and gives no goods and no-one with accurate information can ever be contacted is that the definition of an INTERNET SCAMMER?
