no response to my request for a refund sent about 10 emails and the same number of phone calls. phone calls told to phone back in 10 minutes nobody answered the phone possible scam

eventually after a number of weeks was asked for proof of postage and apparently a refund is on the way we will see
should have read the really bad reviews before using this company
my advice stay away as far as you can

Zero stars if I could. Received & not was expected for the money. No one answers the phone & when you contact them via message it says submission Declined.

This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise in the UK their goods, if they arrive, are not fit for purpose and wouldn't pass trading standards in Britain also they say they are NHS approved, I say prove it

Today’s example, I am about to buy a new blood pressure monitor, the ad was suspicious so checked on Trustpilot and everyone who has purchased a vital track monitor is experiencing grief, I just don’t understand why, my message is USE TRUSTPILOT…. ALWAYS!…

I ordered a Tens machine which arrived in rasonable time, but for 59.99 I didn't expect one of the buttons, essential for use, to stick.
When I contacted the company by email they were extremely rude in their response.
I then received one email which apologised for emails to date and the matter would be sorted.
I never heard from them again, despite another two emails sent by me.
The phone is never answered.
My request to have a returns label and refund was never dealt with.
I opened a dispute through my bank.
I've now received a refund but am still waiting for a returns label.
Their behaviour has been so appalling I might just return it saying the recipient will pay the postage.
My husband says the machine is probably worth less than the postage and I may as well bin it.

I am seriously disappointed with this company. I ordered and paid for an NMES machine. I have been unable to access their tracking system. This morning I received a notification from PayPal advising me of a £59.99 refund. No explanation from Blue Ocean Ecom. Strangely enough, they are now advertising the same product for £69.99. I have an appointment tomorrow with a clinic specialising in damaged nerves, at which I should have been taking this machine to te shown exactly where to place the pads for best effect. I was foolish enough to believe the reviews on their advert rather than checking here first. Companies House information doesn't paint a good picture of this company either.

Blood pressure monitor is inaccurate. In my case, systolic consistently reads 30-40 points on the low side. Charge lasts only a couple days, not a week as advertised. Band is very hard to separate from the tracker, which must be done to access USB for charging. Likely to bend or break with long term use. Software is primitive, gives messages in Chinese, and has no customer support available. Company appears to operate under different names, sites, addresses, phone numbers, etc. Tells you to send returns to an email address. No physical address given on websites

Awful company to deal with, ordered 2 tenns machines now that said in stock. Both times they had the money and thrn refunded saying no stock. Even though the site clearly says in stock. It even gives a delivery date.
Dont trust them. You most likely will never see your item.
Seems like a scam company.

Bought this meter because it had a good rating. But in reality when calibrated with the one at surgery it reads 3/4% higher so very disappointed

Ordered the Tens machine and it said on the website 2-4days delivery when it did not arrive and we contacted the company it said delivery would be Jan 2026,!!! the website is still advertising this item and saying it will be delivered 2-4 days. now waiting for a refund to show in our bank account

The BP was totally inaccurate with our primary care provider's and my other BP monitors. I returned it and of course, had to pay the postage. There is no response at their posted telephone number. Someone does respond within 24 hours when you complete their online form. It took 3 weeks to get my refund AFTER the USPS tracking showed it had been received and only after I contacted them via email. Amazingly the day after I contacted them, my refund suddenly appeared.

Ordered the monitor on Dec 9th arrived on Dec 11th.After reading the reviews the delivery process got me was fine.Have not hot tried the actual monitor.The company you deal with is a,shell company— it is owned by another one which I checked on companies house website.

Item arrived as promised, the only good part. Display is grey on grey photo on site opposite figures more prominent

Tried to advise vital track advised I could send back as long as I pay postage, just put into a bag with order number! So when I send back they could loose and I'm out of pocket, very poor at communicating! somes them up to be honest...

Scam. Company takes the order, provides no goods, refund or communication. Credit card company involvement instead. Fake Trustpilot reviews on their site, believe the negative, albeit truthful reviews here instead. I was foolish and didn’t read here first.

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered blood pressure monitor. Received credit card notification that this was a foreign transaction, I panicked and tried to cancel. Called 2 phone numbers and could not get through. Next I know, they're shipping it from Lakewood, NJ. Called credit card company, they can't do anything until it posts. Emailed company, took 2 weeks to respond. Finally sent me return authorization label. I asked 3 times for a prepaid return label since it was an issue on their part that I wasn't able to cancel my order. Now they are totally ignoring me. Disgusting that companies like this are allowed to prey on so many unsuspecting consumers.

Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday. I borrowed a monitor then purchased this model as it claims higher accuracy. Comparing the 2 the vitaltrack appears to be a better build quality. I have to assume its accuracy as there is no way to test. When completing 3 in a row it is far more consistent across the 3 tests. The borrowed model can vary by 10+ points. Also when completing 3 test the average can be worked out for you. It stores 100 results and allows 2 tracked users.

Ordered the blood pressure monitor model U80EH due to what appeared to be high ratings and it was on sale. Received within a few days. Seemed to work fine and used about 15 days before taking to a doctor appointment to test accuracy. The machine was not at all accurate sadly. So emailed them and asked how to return for a refund. Fortunately, we have received a refund. They do not want it returned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Product arrived but USB would not charge and the battery bay does not have the metal connectors for AA Batteries so they won't connect.
Customer service line is busy and tells you to call back in 10 minutes....everytime!!

Bought a Tens machine from Vitaltrack, using PayPal.
Very impressed, it turned up "The very next day", packaging was perfect, my thoughts were, Great company!!

I opened it for inspection, it looked the bees knees, packaging was amazing, instruction book etc, I couldn't wait to try it out.

Placed the 3 AA batteries into its housing unit.
Now the problems began....the housing unit was bigger than the batteries, they just rolled about, secondly, I tried the USB lead from the mains to see it working, hey presto, "it didn't!!" Finally, I noticed that one of the battery points was damaged. 😞

I packed it away, and tried ringing the company, I need to say nothing else, due to the known comments on here.

I then proceeded to email the company with a complaint, and to request a reimbursement of my money, and left it at that, then sat back to wait.

Shock!!, the very same day, (today) I received an email from the company stating they were refunding me the full amount, no apologies, not that I wanted one, but then, straight after, PayPal contacted me saying I will be refunded in full straight away!

Not bad, Within 3 days, I'd ordered it, complained, and have been guaranteed a full refund.

I won't buy from the company again, but I'll always use PayPal whenever I can.

I would have given it a full score, but could have done with a clearer illustration regarding the keys, However, very powerful and well constructed: so this review amends my previous wording on this device,
