We have successfully let and sold through Visum for a number of years. Easy access to all the major property portals at a reasonable price. If you are confident in dealing with viewings yourself, why pay through the nose for an agent?

Great place to advertise a rental.
Have used a few times now. Always get a good response. Used the Visum Tenancy Agreement and referencing service which work very well.

Basically the best way to let your property. Everything was made easy and we were emailed by interested parties. You can make notes on the site for viewings and I would highly recommend using Visum

Quite frankly, the best thing ever for private landlords to find reliable tenants quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I've used the service, and both times I've ended up with several people ready to commit who I have then been able to choose from. Time from listing to letting was 5 days this time around!

I've used Visum for several years and the whole concept is excellent. To have total control over the whole process and in my case sell two houses and save £17,000 in estate agent fees is fantastic. I've also rented with them for several years and saved a fortune in agent's fees.

Mike who deals with any issues arising is outstanding and goes above and beyond (e.g.emailing me back well after office hours one day).

I've actually enjoyed showing people around our properties with my wife as we are so much more knowledgeable about them and not all agents who show people around will be as enthusiastic.

The great thing about Visum, for a landlord, is that you are in control over the ad - what photos are used, if you want to change them etc. It means you're not having to go through a third party or having to chase other people to get details put up, or change. Similarly you have a record about who has made enquirers about your property and can keep a tab to ensure everyone has been contacted. With an estate agency you have to 'trust' this has been done, this way you know.

I have been a long term customer of Visum, advertising many properties with them.

Unfortunately, we had a major problem with an EPC which meant that Visum cancelled our paid for advert.

When we had rectified the EPC problem (after a number of months) we were looking to reinstate the advert.

The total lack of understanding of a customers position from the call centre was shocking. I understood that all good businesses are built on long term trust and compromise but I found them unhelpful to the extream.

Sorry, Visum - you need to sort yourself out.

I will be looking elsewhere to advertise in the future.

Let's keep it simple - the service really works! I would highly recommend it.
