This is the second time I have let my property using Visum. Their packages are great, really easy to use and I found tenants very quickly.

I have been using Visum for many years, renting properties on and off, managing tenancies, sometimes even when I have been abroad. It is a fantastic site full of information and options to manage renting and sale of property. Mike, who has been a stalwart 'the backend,' of the operation, is always there, helpful, responsive, level-headed, and is full of useful advice. I would recommend VISUM without reservation.

Have spent last two weekends viewing properties on Lancing / Shoreham beach front.
This company have a board up, 2 enquiries, 2 weeks, 0 responses, they are obviously falsely advertising properties or just a joke, don't bother and stick to high street companies.

Don’t trust this company they ignore your messages as long as they can obviously can’t be bothered to check their emails/messages absolutely terrible service!!

I have used Visum for the last 8 years and am extremely happy with the service. Visum is easy to use and it has enabled me to find good quality tenants quickly. Visum provides a great value for money service.

I've been using Visum for several years and have always been very happy with their service and prices. I would advise potential customers to use the basic cheap service option to start with (it's often enough to find good tenants). There is the option to upgrade to the more expensive service later on, if you find that you need to.

Fair price for advertising with significant online agents

Really straight forward affordable way to advertise your property for let. We have used this 3 times now and each time got a good response rate and a quick let. We prefer to meet the tenants ourselves and are prepared to draft the advert etc so works perfectly for us and saves a fortune!

As a landlord, I found it very easy to use. There was a good response to the advert. Information about prospective tenants was stored in one organised place with space for notes.

I have used Visum over a number of years to let properties and sell a house. It is an efficient and cost effective way to Let and Sell properties. Yes, you the owner, does most of the work by setting up the listing on their site but the end result is a saving of a lot of commission if you are selling. I would recommend Visum without hesitation.

Such an easy service to use and your property is listed on all the relevant websites literally within minutes rather than hours or days.

Customer service is also amazing as they reply to any queries or questions that you have in a very quick time.

A really intuitive user friendly web portal that enables a property to be listed quickly. Managing enquiries through the portal is particularly good as it's at a glance and straightforward to use. Being able to meet prospective tenants rather than relying on an agent is very useful. It is difficult to see how high street agents could provide a better service for such a reasonable price.

I always advertise my properties for both rent and sales via Visum. Amazing service.
