I've had a very good experience with Visme. I've used it to create some interactive components of an online museum exhibit, and it's been easy to use and reliable. The few times that I've had an issue or question, their customer support was very responsive – they replied quickly and helped me quickly as well. The customer support contacts were knowledgeable and I'm pretty sure I was interacting with human beings, not AI, which is a plus.

Visme support provided and continues to provide exceptional support with HTML5 downloading of projects. I was very pleased with the response/assistance received. Thank you Visme Support Team!

Used this service once under the assumption that I was paying for a single use. Turns out they kept charging my card without my knowledge for 2 years. $700 later and they refuse to refund. Warning to anyone who even thinks to use this site. They are deceptive!

i have to set up a presentation for a project counting towards 30% of my grade this year, i completed the video recording, i made the outline of the presentation on visme, and now its time to add the timings. to my absolute horror the timing settings feel like they have been made by someone with their entire brain missing, the exit animations take a random amount of time so you never know what to put for the exit time, you have to manually count how many seconds have passed before you want the text to exit since for some reason the software developers thought it would be a good idea to count exit animations from the beginning of the slide, not the time on the bar, and even if you manage to perfectly complete the acrobatics around this absolute idiocy the animations dont even work half the time. and when they dont work, the entire presentation crashes and its like a prank, they randomly change all the timings of every slides to something completely different, for instance one time my presentation crashed and all the slides were set to 9 seconds. if you want to work on any kind of presentation, i beg you to run away as fast as possible from this incompetent site

I had a technical issue with a project, and Visme Support Team were super supportive. They went the extra mile to help me out, which saved me a ton of work. Also, they reply almost immediately, and guess what? You feel like you’re not talking to a robot!
Another very important point worth mentioning; Visme is a super cool website with a service and a feature for every need. It’s been a month since I started using Visme, and I’ve created ebooks, reports, presentations with many creative templates. Highly recommended!

I am a Senior Learning Designer in Australia with 15 years of industry experience using most e-learning authoring tools. I needed a platform where I could develop online learning that is accessible and open and has a good interface design to produce content to be shared across medical colleges in Australia and I found Visme. I have not yet paid for a premium membership, but the customer support is outstanding. Of course, the functionality is not as comprehensive as other e-learning tools but it does the job well for my current needs.

Visme truly combines the best features of various design software into one comprehensive platform. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to create stunning visuals for presentations, infographics, and more. I appreciate the wide range of templates and customization options available.

However, I do wish they offered a better discount for nonprofit organizations. Additionally, I experienced some lag time with certain applications, which can be frustrating during critical projects. Overall, despite these minor issues, Visme is a solid choice for anyone looking to elevate their design game!

Software was average, I often couldn't do what I needed with it. There are better solutions out there and it is very expensive for what it is. They also literally just took payment for this year and despite having not used their service for well over 2 years (I forgot it was on auto renew) this is another example of a company which will grab your money and refuse to refund it. I would definitely avoid VISME and it doesn't surprise me to see such a low Trustpilot score.

I love how easy I could explore my creativity with, what a great user interface. They've also got alot of amazing designs you can choose from, which makes your work feel like it was done by a professional even if you have never designed before.

Visme has been a game changer for quick turnaround marketing items.

I used to have to wait for a vendor to go back and forth with minor changes, i can not create and maintain my own materials that are amazing and look like they took a very long time to develop.

The features and ai powered presentations are game changer

Visme combines the best features of all design software into one. It has some top-quality content and a wide range of tools. My favorite thing is they have alot of ways you can distribute and share your designs easily anywhere!!

I enjoy using Visme's suite of tools to create great graphic content quickly and easily. They keep adding more features and the templates are great to use as starting points. The support team was helpful to work with, and its good value for the money for all kinds of visual communications and digital content.

Love being able to create great looking presentations and videos even without being a designer.
It is quite easy to understand and there is a good library of instructions.
Product and Support teams are very engaged and there are regular updates on new and improved functionality.
There are some technical issues once in a while, but overall great to use.

I think this is the best application for making presentations either self made or using AI

Okay overall. I love the design templates and features, but there was not a perfect transition to PowerPoint, and using the web version was slow sometimes/more susceptible to little issues. Also quite a big learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you can definitely create beautiful presentations. Copy and pasting photos seemed to lose the photo quality more than Powerpoint.

I love my free account, cause I can create what I want to there and soon I will publish a little E-book. Im excited to sell it and change peoples life with my inspiration and knowledge. It looks very professionel the Ebook setup when reading it. I will use it alot more than now 😃 ❤️
