I'm using Visme to make an infographic for a project on ADHD and physical development, and they have hundreds of templates to choose from. The UI is easy to use and understand. Great website!

Don't trust this app. They doubly charged me and never returned my money. I even canceled my subscription but I don't know how they get to even charged me on the last minute. They want money

I’m furious with Visme! Paid $29 for their Premium plan to test Visme AI, advertised as some amazing tool.. so i used it for 30 minutes and it’s absolute garbage, nothing like they advertise.. completely useless.. so I requested a refund within an hour, and they flat-out refused, hiding behind their “no-refund” policy. you know what they did? lol they canceled my subscription after I complained but kept my money.. like thieves! trust me, 30 minutes of their junk AI was enough to see how bad it is. don’t waste your money, Visme’s a scam that doesn’t care about customers!

So far, so good! Loads of excellent templates to choose from, responsive customer service, still getting to grips with the AI-integration tools, but so far there is promise!

Thrilled by the ability to lay out really nice documents from a strong array of templates, as I am not a graphic designer. I have managed to do powerpoints, resumes, and all sorts of things. There is also a lot of intuitive iteration with the layout tools and after a challenging start I have gotten better with repeat use and consulting the tutorials.

I would like to completely get rid of the AI options they are a bit overwhelming, that is the one thing I would deduct one star for. But the best thing is the availability of the customer support. I needed to duplicate a text box and learned about saving blocks from the customer service agent Britney, who was really kind and patient. 5 stars to her! Thanks Visme!

This is not the 'powerful tool' I thought it was going to be. Imagine Canva, with less selection, a clunkier UI, BUT you have an AI that will take what you inputted and haphazardly apply it to the template. You have Visme.

Yes, it does use Artificial Intelligence, if you're already a graphic artist, you do not need this. It does not speed up many processes, it's just distributing key words in your prompt throughout the design.

Not worth it, and I'm a fool for being sold on the marketing and going straight into the year subscription. No refunds. I repeat, no refunds. Not even a 14 day policy or anything.

The depth of documents and creative templates to create meaningful business forms is great. No wasted time looking for templates and adjusting layouts...the easily customizable features on layout and content is worth it. I first used it to create an RFP response 5 months ago and it turned out better than I could of imagined. Very powerful tool.

Just joined Visme. I also have CANVA. Visme has been much easier for me to use and create a presentation for work. The customer service is amazing. I love CANVA but they lack customer support and I find it difficult at my level to create presentations.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Visme that I want to share as a heads-up to others. They charged my credit card for a renewal without sending any prior notice, and when I saw the charge and canceled immediately, they refused to issue a refund.

I believe this is an unfair business practice—most reputable services send renewal reminders and offer some flexibility for cancellations. If you’re using Visme, be extra cautious with their billing policies. Check your subscription settings, and if you don’t plan to renew, cancel early to avoid unexpected charges.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Let’s hold companies accountable for fair billing practices!

Very good. Only setback is you have to pay to download. Wide variety of features.

I'm giving it a one star because I've purchased subscription for a year instead of one month and I asked for a refund. The reply was: "it's against our policy". I'm very disapointed and I deleted my account. So goodbye Visme, use Canva instead

Multiple solutions and a straightforward platform.

I think Visme is a great tool for making an e-book! I could get started easily with the help of a robot to lay the foundation for the design. It's easy and quick to receive help if you need. There are lots of great photos to use as well. One drawback is that some of the photos didn't work to use. But I like it overall.

I am a fan of Visme! I use the program to create eBooks, and in that, it is unmatched! I think I’m only using a fraction of all the possibilities Visme offers, but I am extremely satisfied and create the most beautiful, professional eBooks. The photo library is incredibly extensive, and I love the AI feature :-) The program works smoothly, and the customer service is friendly, easily accessible, and quick to solve any issues while thinking along with you!

I really enjoy Visme. I've completed two projects on it and have found it fairly user friendly. My only feedback is that the graphics library is limited. One of the great features of the tool is the interactive elements. I would love to see more customizable options to add to projects.

I've also had issues with the color dropper not picking up the image I'm trying to copy, the page I'm designing moving around the window, and the small edit bar covering the page I'm working on (cannot be moved). These are small things that don't always happen. I just wanted to let you know.

The website has many great features. I like the AI generator, which helps you pick the best format for your project.
