Scamming website. Pretends to be the official website for obtaining a Canadian ETA. No mention of the charge anywhere but if you've already researched it, it should be $7CAD. No where on the website does it state the charge, even on the payment page. you only find out that it is $107USA after payment is made. Emailed the scam company immediately, to be told some utter nonsense. Left it in the hands of my credit card company.

I’m writing this to warn others about a misleading and deceptive website: visit-app.org.
While searching online for an Australian visa application, visit-app.org came up at the top of Google search results. The site looked official, and the “.org” domain made it seem like a government-affiliated website. Nowhere did it clearly state that this was a third-party private service, nor did it display how much they would charge until after payment was processed.
They charged me $99 USD (about £75 GBP) — which I later learned was outrageous, since the official ETA application is free (or costs just a small admin fee via the Australian government app).
I emailed them immediately — within 15 minutes of the payment — requesting to cancel the service and get a refund, explaining that I no longer needed their assistance. They flatly refused. I sent a second follow-up — again, refused. There's no transparent refund policy, and the communication was dismissive.
After speaking to a legal advisor, I’ve been advised that because I requested a cancellation so quickly, and given the misleading nature of the site, I may have grounds to pursue legal action based on consumer rights and deceptive practices.
I will update this review with any legal outcome — but in the meantime:
👉 Avoid visit-app.org at all costs.
👉 It is NOT a government website.
👉 It is overpriced, misleading, and operates in bad faith.
Use the official Australian government website or the Australian ETA app — and don’t get caught out like I did.

Absolute scam and rip off
Absolute scam and rip off - DON'T USE They pretend to be the government websites for travel visas for different countries and charge exorbitant fees to issue visas. We got charged $139USD for a visa that costs less than $25USD. It never even came in time before flight departure. After making a complaint they refunded a partial payment however took a USD$35 cancellation fee even though they did not provide visa in time so it was their error.

Scam! visit-app.org Took $109 for an application that costs $7 on the official website. The visa was approved in a few minutes which means that visit-app.org didn't put any work in it, they just automatically passed the details to the official form and retrieved the result. If only there was a way to warn people before they get caught.
Reply to the reply: No, the way your advertising in Google is constructed, the users searching for the official application page end up directly on YOUR application page without any explanation of your "service". The ad shows above the organic search results and has a word "official" in it. Stop lying! While you may be providing a service to some users, you're well aware that visit-app.org is tricking people into paying significantly more for their application the actual cost, often without any interaction on your end. It would be great if you made yourself available to process the refunds of the money visit-app.org scammed people out of.

Yeah so this is probably a scam. I paid 109USD for something that seems to be 8USD. I contacted with the customer service of the official government page to know how to follow through.
However, in an email you agreed upon a partial refund of 109USD -35USD -> 74USD and I can’t see it. So you also scam on your policies I guess

Like everyone said in this page, this is a scam.
They charged about 15 times of the price that the government actually charges for the visa.
They make their website turn up to the top of Google to mislead people into thinking that this is the official government website.
They said in their replies to the reviews that their costs include personalized assistance. Why the hell do you need a personalized assistance for a simple entry permit application where you simply have to enter your basic information?
I am multi-clicking this con company in Google every day to bombard them with massive Adwords cost. These kinds of scammers must be stopped.

I was misled into thinking this was the official Canadian government website, and ended up paying over 10 times the normal fee. As soon as I submitted my application, I immediately realized something was wrong and contacted them to withdraw the application. A few minutes later, I received an email from them stating that the Canadian government had already processed my application, so they could not issue a refund. I insisted on a refund, and they offered a partial refund, which they never processed. This company is dishonest—stay away!

This is an update to the review I left last year. Today Visit-App have tried yet again to have my poor review of their 'service' removed stating that it 'may apply to another company' IT DOES NOT!! If you need a visa to Australia use the App and DO NOT USE Visit-App who will charge you $99 for sending off your paperwork for a FREE visa!!!! PLEASE use a credit card as mine helped me recoup my money. If you believe you have been scammed I recommend you ask your credit card company to help.

Company is a scam who have paid for the top result on Google. Luckily my bank caught the payment before it was too late. They tried to charge £75 for a Canadian ETA, when it's £3.50 from the official Canadian government site. Of course they don't tell you this until they are processing the payment. Will now have to keep an eye on my bank account while on holiday since they have my bank details. Fantastic.
