I believed I was applying for an official Australian Government eVisitor visa, which is free for UK passport holders when applied for directly through the Australian Government website. Instead, I was unknowingly directed to a private intermediary website and charged $110 USD per application for four applications, despite the underlying visa itself being free. In my opinion, the website design, sponsored Google advertisement and application process were misleading and did not make the nature of the service sufficiently clear.
Your company wrote to me:
“After carefully reviewing your request, we would like to reiterate that the maximum refund we are able to offer for the submitted applications is $70 USD.”
I accepted this written offer, yet no refund has ever been processed.
I have since attempted to contact your company through every customer service channel provided, including

My follow-up emails have simply been ignored.

Be careful: not an official Korean government website
I used this website believing it was an official Korean visa application service. After making the payment, I received a reference number, but it does not appear or work on the official Korean K-ETA system
When I contacted the company, they were unable to provide any official proof that my application was submitted to the Korean authorities. They also refused to issue a refund.
Based on my experience, this website is not an official government platform and can be misleading for users who are trying to apply for a Korean visa or K-ETA.
I strongly recommend that travelers only use the official website

After my initial complaint, I received the following written response from australia [at] visit-app.org
“After carefully reviewing your request, we would like to reiterate that the maximum refund we are able to offer for the submitted applications is $70 USD. This remains our final offer under the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase.”
However, despite this written refund offer, no refund has been processed.
Since then, I have attempted further contact through the customer service channels and email addresses provided, including:

It is clearly a scam!!!!! The website looks like an official Canadian government page, with no transparent information about fees!!!!! I was misled into paying for a service that should be simple and low-cost!!!!! When I tried to cancel, they refused—even though the eTA they claim to have processed is not valid or even recognized on the official Canadian government system!!!!! I feel deceived and extremely frustrated!!!!! This is unfair, deeply misleading, and should be investigated so others don’t go through the same situation!!!!!

I google for NZ e visa and this website popped up as the first choice. I thought it was a government site and proceeded to the application!
I was charged USD 190 for NZ e visa!!!!
This is a complete scam and Google just did this for their own money!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would advise others to be cautious.
I paid $120 USD for assistance with a Canada eTA application. Shortly after submitting my information, I was informed that I did not meet the eligibility requirements for an eTA and would instead need to apply for a Canadian visitor visa, meaning the service I paid for could not actually be completed.
After contacting customer service, the company agreed to issue a full refund of the $120 USD and stated it would be processed within 5 business days. Unfortunately, the refund was never received.
Since then, I have attempted to follow up multiple times by email and also contacted an alternate support address. My messages have either gone unanswered or I was told that my information could not be found in their system, despite having payment confirmation and previous correspondence from their team.
I contacted my bank for assistance, and they requested proof that the refund had been attempted. I have asked the company to provide this information, but have not received any response.

SCAM ALERT: Deceptive site charging $120 for a $7 service
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. This website is a predatory service designed to mimic the official Government of Canada portal.
They charged me $120 USD for an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) that officially costs only $7 CAD on the real government website.
I realized the deception immediately after payment and sent a cancellation request via email within minutes. Despite their policy stating that a refund is possible if the application hasn't been submitted, they instantly refused my request with an automated response.
This is a deceptive practice. They rely on people confusing their site with the official one. I have reported this transaction to my bank and Visa/Mastercard as fraud.
Advice to travelers: Go directly to the official Canada.ca website. Do not give your credit card details to visit-app.com

This is a SCAM! Please, check before applying for visa because you will overpay and then not sure if you get the visa. This page looks legit like NZD official page for visa, but they charge you two times and more for the same visa. This page is a scam page!!!
This page is a scam page. They claim to be a “concierge service”. Not only have they made their google search look like some official page, with a tiny disclaimer on the bottom of the page saying it is not an official Canadian government site - but also, they charge $120 fee for something that costs $7 on the official webpage. I made the mistake of applying for a visa through them, they charged my card despite this charge being unauthorized (never put in the code form my bank) - they claim to have a 24/7 concierge, but did not respond to my emails until 10 hours later, when I had already applied for a visa on my own on the official government webpage (which was also approved after 1 min). They also declined to reimbursed for not provided service. It is a scam page. Avoid at all costs.

This is a completely fake agency
This is a completely fake agency. It was a mistake insert of applying through the government portal link that redirected me to them. I applied for a Cambodia visa through this agency, and they provided a reference number that cannot be found or verified on the official government website.
After waiting for more than two weeks, they informed me that the visa could not be processed, yet they refused to issue a refund—even though no visa was provided and no valid service was delivered.
This website is misleading and untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to avoid using this service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website.
The website presentation made me believe that it was an official K-ETA application platform associated with the Korean government. Only after completing the payment did I realize that it is a private agency with no authorization or approval from the Korean government.
The service fee charged was USD 120, which is excessively higher than the actual official K-ETA government fee. My K-ETA application was ultimately rejected, and when I requested a refund — asking only for the service fee and excluding the government fee — my request was denied.
Although the company claims to provide additional services, these services were not clearly explained before payment, and the overall presentation of the website caused significant consumer confusion.
I strongly recommend that travelers apply for K-ETA directly through the official Korean government website to avoid unnecessary costs and misleading services.

Scam website – Overcharged and never received anything
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website.
I mistakenly used their service to apply for a New Zealand ESTA and was charged a price far higher than the official government fee. This site deliberately creates confusion to make people believe they are on an official website, when in reality it is a private intermediary charging excessive fees for a simple form.
Worse, despite the payment being processed, I never received any travel authorization or confirmation document.
I contacted their support, but so far I have received no solution and no refund.
This business model is based on misleading users, overcharging them, and providing no real added value. Many people are clearly being trapped the same way.
Save your money and apply only through official government websites.

SCAM. Company say they charge to offer assistance. The boxes came up immediately for name address passport no etc than payment page . No assistance given so expect a refund.
