I ordered two trimmers
I ordered two trimmers. I only received one. I sent an email with pictures, and I was assured the other one is on the way. I have a tracking number to confirm this.
Everybody’s entitled to make a mistake, it’s how you take care of the mistakes gives a great review for customer service.
Based on this, I would definitely order again.

I still have not received my order

Good glue spreader
Was in the need of a professional grade glue spreader. The Hand Gluer With Upper Roller (180 Mm) EM125T is exactly what I was looking for. Virutex Tools had it available and shipped it fast. Had to circle back for a shippers tracking number, would be nice though if a shipping/ processing email would be sent out as part of the ordering process.
