Initially Viron got my order wrong but as soon as they realised this they were quick to send a replacement shoe (free of charge) and they also covered my import charges. I couldn't ask for more than this and am now completely satisifed with my purchase and their service. Exceptional company!!!

difficulties on return and refunding
I bought a pair of shoes but they are too big for me. The size is good but im losing them (too large), the model is not fitting. I sent an email for a return and refund, but i still hve no answer (5 days ago).
Im affraid the delay will be passed (only 15 days to return them) and i cant get my money back !!

NEVER BUY again from this brand
Boot is really nice, but I had terrible purchase experience - I couldn't exchange the size and had to pay extra custom duties almost 100USD.
I sent some messages by e-mail and DMs by Instagram too, but they just ignored. No Answer even they read DMs. It has been for 3 months now, they don't answer yet. This is kinda FRAUD tho.
CAREFUL
I had to pay custom duties even they mentioned in the website that “All additional charges such as VAT and duties are included in the final price.”
also they don't exchange the size even they mention "they can do" as well.
Product is nice and I like brand concept too, but I'm so disappointed about those things. I've never had any terrible experience like this before, it's totally scam..
I don't like to leave bad reviews, but just I really hope they can improve for other customers.
