Everything great, love my new shoes!
Everything great! Shipping is a bit expensive but I really love the shoes. They feel comfortable and durable, although a bit heavy (like any Buffalo shoe)... The sizing guide with examples of other brands was very helpful - great idea to have that on the website.

Poor Build & Service
Unfortunately cannot recommend. Was really excited about the shoes when I got them, but the build quality is just not there — especially for the price. After owning them for less than a year and only wearing them occasionally, both have torn and become unwearable. I have sent an email to their customer service and received no response.

Customer service is so bad
Customer service is so bad. I purchased a pair of Corn 2005 white shoes. I sent it back for refund and bought a new pair asap (bigger size) with express shipment bec I wanted the shoes to travel with and time was short. I sent the shoes back with track and trace and I didn't hear anything back from customer service after contacting them via email 3 times. Now its more than 10 days later. It is also wrongly advertised to buy a size smaller than your regular size with other brands, thats where everything went wrong. As for the shoes that was paid with express shipment I have no update regarding where it is with the track and trace code they shared with me. Its more than 10 days later, and I paid for express shipment. Seems like a company run by unreliable people that are just preaching a cool concept. I would like my money back and I returned their product and no one is responding. Horrible.

Great customer service.
I really love the style of these shoes. They're comfy and obviously look amazing. Some things are still being worked on on the quality. The apple skin leather started to peel after only 3 months of wear but the viron team was super nice and offered to replace them. I love my new pair as well. The shoes themselves are sturdy but I think as the company develops the quality will get better too. Shipping was a bit slow but I wasn't in a rush so wasn't a problem. Thanks to the team for being so responsive via email.
I really want to support this company so I hope they can sort out the durability because then everything will be perfect.

Lovely people but customs made it difficult
It took 3 months to get my boots due to it getting stuck at customs. When the boots did get through the first time, they were the wrong size. In the end Viron's customer service was superb and they gave me a pair for free and refunded me the money spent as a good will gesture. The boots I have now are gorgeous, the leather is super soft and I love the style.

It is truly my pleasure to speak words of love, affirmation, and konfirmation for my new 1992 Black Apple Boot, and the powerful Virón Team behind them.
Firstly, Virón was so graceful with me, as we navigated through an address misspelling on my end as well as my ordering of an unintentional design, and my size decision delays. They were reassuring, kind, and helpful, - and I am therefore now writing this as I walk in my neu favourite boots through a forest in Berlin, after a long beautiful night of dancing in them. They truly get better with each step.
It is such a relief to be able to wear such a powerful, comfortable, and sexy boot that I kan feel gut about how she’s made. I honor the work that Virón has done to move us forward, in a direction away from pain and toward no-tear-neccessary kreative innovation.
Alzo, the ease of the zipper on this design is just so gut, so yummy, — easy off and on.
