BEWARE!
I ordered the HammerToe corrective for my wife. She is suffering from this condition and thought it might help.

This company is a scammer, reselling a cheap product available on AliExpress … as I found out below:

1) THE EXPERIENCE
Delivery took a long time - several weeks. Product was not as described on the VirellaFlow website and was not suitable for the advertised purpose.

Their satisfaction guarantee isn’t real! There was no reply to my polite letter, requesting information on returning the product and a refund.

2) THE PRODUCT
What was delivered was a small package containing what appeared to be 2 small, brown cloth bandaids, similar to what you would put on a cut finger. No packaging other than these two small bandaids each in a very small ziplock bag (1 1/2” X 2”). The VirellaFlow name did not appear anywhere on the envelope or bandaids.

3) THE PACKAGE
The package that arrived was a small international envelope familiar to those with experience of inexpensive deliveries of products purchased from China (eg From AliExpress). The return address was a transshipment point in Burnaby BC - not a business address for the seller.

4) CONCLUSION
Since I do a lot of purchasing from China, I checked the AliExpress website for “hammer toe correctors”. To my surprise, they had a wide range of these devices, including one seemingly identical to that being sold by VirellaFlow. Its cost in Canadian funds is $1.14 each. Not the $34.00 each price at VirellaFlow.

I will attempt to block my payment through VISA.

Unfortunately I have had to give 1 star. Would really rather have given none. The product Hammer toe corrector is absolute rubbish. It is nothing like the product shown on the picture. Please save your money and DO NOT ORDER THIS.

The product I paid for looks nothing like the product in the ad. It doesn’t function as advertised. Total waste of money. Avoid!

Do not touch this company at all, scammers, not worth one star show be nil stars…….took money , no goods….

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Placed order, product never received and no response to many emails. No response through Shopify, and money lost. Disgusting morals and behaviour. Spread the word.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order with them on the 10th January and still have not received it, says it's been delivered but it hasn't, I was home at the time of the said delivery and no one attempted to deliver it. I paid through PayPal so opened a case against them but even that's been closed now because they said it's been delivered.. I've emailed them twice and no reply at all, absolute con! Biggest scam ever!

So angry at myself

Took my money but I never received my product
Reached out several times with no response
Last time I tried to reach out the link had gone along with my money

Never received items. Do not order from them it is a scam site

If I could rate this as less than 1 star I would. Ordered make up, after a month I received notification that it's been delivered. It hadn't been. Still waiting. I have emailed Service three times and have had zero response. Want my money back but it appears to have been lost with my delivery. Absolute con!!!!

Placed an order on the 28th Dec for Laura geller make up. Have been trying to contact them to no avail. They say it was delivered. Family was home at the time they say it was delivered and ring door bell footage shows no one attempting to make a delivery. There was no card or package. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order on 25th December 2025. After waiting a month for my item it finally said it had been delivered. It had not. the item wouldn't have fit through the letterbox and none of my trusted neighbours had taken the package in. There was no photographic evidence of delivery and despite me sending 3 separate emails to resolve the matter, all correspondence has been ignored by this company. So I'm out of pocket and without the item I'd ordered. Absolute scam.
