J'ai commandé des couverts minimalistes assez jolis sur le site et qui paraissaient de très bonne qualité. Les produits livrés étaient complètement différents très "cheap" du pur produit chinois de piètre qualité.
J'ai été rassurée par la politique de retour et de remboursement mais ma mésaventure m'a confirmé que c'était du leurre. On ne me rembourse que si je renvoie à mes frais les produits en Chine ! le retour me coutera donc le prix des articles. A fuir

My curtains arrived about 3 weeks. Customer service was good. I got my money back promptly on another purchase. The curtains were a little thin but I will keep them. They look nice .

Jamais reçut mon colis après un mois d'attente quand enfin le transporteur affirme l'avoir déposé dans ma boite aux lettre, rien à mon arrivée... Virelle Maison refuse de renvoyer ma commande... Une honte !

The picnic board I received does not match the description on their website. It was advertised as sturdy and foldable, but the product is made of very light, fragile wood and is not foldable at all, very poor quality. The quality is far below what I expected for the amount I paid for it.
I am very disappointed and feel misled by the clear discrepancy between the product description and what was actually delivered.
This was their answer "However, we would like to inform you that your order is unfortunately outside of our return and exchange timeframe. As the issue was not reported within the designated period, we are no longer able to offer an exchange, accept a return, or issue a refund."
Do not buy products from this website.

Good Quality product - delivery on Time with excellent tracking System

Website looks high quality and products expensive leading you to believe you are buying a quality product when in fact you could buy the same product for less than £10 on other sites. Returns almost impossible so they offer you discount but your still loosing out as you could have bought for much less anyway.

J'ai trouvé l'objet que je recherchais depuis plusieurs mois. Commande er reçu rapidement. Je suis ravie.

J’ai commandé une robe avec livraison soit disant express. Je découvre que c’est expédié de Chine alors que j’avais compris, vu le nom accrocheur, que c’était français. Express rien du tout car le délai est interminable sans grande possibilité de faire un suivi. Ensuite je découvre qu’il est inscrit livraison effectuée. Où?? Telle est la question à laquelle je n’obtiens aucune réponse. En tous cas pas chez moi. Inadmissible. Arnaque pure et simple

The website is very slick, and makes you believe it is a European company, but it is not. Having used a very clever glass teapot in a London hotel, I searched for one online. The photos on Virelle were exactly like the one I was looking for, with a clever feature on the handle that allowed the water to drop below the tea leaves.
The product that finally arrived (after a long wait) was a very poor copy, and did not work in the same way. The wooden lid & handle were very rough & looked horrible. The box it came in was obviously chinese, and did not fit the teapot very well (amazed it arrived in one piece).
I contacted them to say the product wasn't as advertised, and I wanted to return it. They wanted photos 'as proof' of the defect. I sent them photos, and also screenshots of the product on the website. They then wanted proof of the defect. Emails went back and forth & they finally offered a 20% discount and I could keep it, or send it back at my cost for a refund. I referred them to their clearly stated terms & conditions which say if a product is faulty or INCORRECT they will send a returns label at their cost.
They refused this, but said (proudly) that they now have a depot in Holland where I could send it (at my cost). I said no. The discount offer went up to 30% then a final offer of 50%.
I contacted my credit card company who agreed that this was not acceptable. They gave me specific wording to use in an email (basically asking them to arrange a collection of my incorrect item from my home address), and that after 14 days, if the response was negative, the credit card company would repay the money & claim from Virelle. I did this, and got the refund from the credit card company. A few days later I got a refund from Virelle, after the credit card company pursued them.
I had looked on Trustpilot, but only saw the top few good reviews (can't believe anyone has success with their inferior products), I am now much more thorough when checking such companies out. There are a few more selling this product (& photos are exactly the same as on Virelle), also professing to be in Europe or even the UK so beware.

J'ai passé une commande que je n'ai jamais reçue. Virelle me demande le bon du transporteur qui n'est pourtant jamais passé chez moi c'est cocasse comment voulez-vous donner une preuve alors qu'il n'est pas venu. Ce site étranger est une grosse arnaque. Fuyez ou vous perdrez beaucoup d'argent croyez-moi et comme c'est un site étranger aucun recours devant leur mauvaise foi. A bon entendeur...

Had some issues with delivery but they remained helpful and professional and the product is of good quality

This website is most definitely a scam! Paid over €60 for four champagne glasses, over two months and no communication or delivery. I chased several times and to no avail. Then arrived in plastic wrapping broken, cheap glasses. Customer service is terrible. Please avoid.

Purchased a coffee grinder. Packing and delivery good, but on using the item the item started smoking and stopped working, then started working again, but was cautious so kept pausing to avoid over heating again. Emailed the company, through an email they sent, but no response. Don’t know how long it will last, but in my opinion there are better quality grinders on the market and I won’t be buying from this company again.

Produit conforme au descriptif mais 1 mois 1/2 d'attente ce n'est pas sérieux.

Love the product arrived in a timely manner, exactly as described, quality product so have ordered 3 more!
