HOWEVER, the incontinence pants were bought for my mum. She's decided she hates them and won't even use the remaining ones. Perhaps an age thing. Apparently the feel and absorbency don't work for her, so back to Sainsbury's own brand as her 'top pick'.
Another observation; the front and back are not clearly labelled, especially for an elderly person. The blue tab doesn't state anywhere if it should be front or rear facing.

I was surprised how fast delivery was. Several websites I have used that promise next day delivery there’s always an apology email stating that they “ have a problem of some sort “ so delivery is delayed. Your product is fantastic and I can’t recommend it and your service highly enough.

Incontinence bed pads
I've sent you an email. Its about the product not doing what it is meant to do. The bed pads with adhesive tabs to stop the pad from moving around doesn't keep the bed pad I place so are no good as a bed pad. People do not lie perfectly still in bed and so when they move the bed pad more and so doesn't provide protection to the bed, which is what they are for.
I can't fault your service so far, ordering was easy, delivery was fast and on time, just the product we're disappointed with.
