This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, in many years of me buying on the internet... I bought a small item in March 8th nothing big £30 Eu pounds but it's not the point ,So I followed the tracking platform 17 which apparently got my item UK bound.. When the item arrived in my postcode and was apparently on its way out for delivery with DHL ( so the Hongkong people said) beg to diver they use proof of delivery for a start so I smell b...... Me, and the times did not match up etc to my end upon delivery.... Anyway I didn't receive it and I looked under every Rock in my area and knock on doors only because I was concerned the item was not safe in the wrong hands as it's classed as home defense 😉... Anyway contacted every delivery company out there locally and the item number didn't match up what a waste of time that was ... So I contacted these people at vipertek out of principal to say ??? Ere whair is my item... Over 77 emails later and back and forth with these strange people whom clearly ripping off the public 6 months later still no replacement... They wanted me to order again and I pay half after the fact they promised a replacement...got proof these people are underhanded.. "Are they mad burnt once scolded twice I think not ... 🤣... Not giving up people I will get my toy if it kills me... But personally I'd buy as seen do not deal with these people in hong Kong... Sneaky people... Stay safe Sp.
