J'ai passé une grosse commande le mois dernier. Elle arrive dans des délais corrects, ok. Les produits sont très beaux, je me dépêche de tout essayer, et là un fard à paupières me cause une allergie aux deux yeux.
Ça piquait, ça brûlait, mes yeux larmoyaient... j'ai mis deux jours à me débarrasser de cet enfer.
J'ai envoyé 3 mails au service clients, plusieurs MP sur les réseaux. Aucune réponse. Au vu du prix des articles, c'est simplement lamentable.

I am a lipstick lover and very picky about what I use and I truly love their products. I had an issue with a lip balm and it was resolved beyond my expectations, the quick response and care for my satisfaction is exactly a great company does. I am very satisfied and happy :)

I’m laughing because I came here to write about how wonderful the company treated me about my concern having no idea that so many other people had already written the exact same thing. I concur! Professional, thorough and kind! That really sticks out for me, but I do also love the product, especially the Bisou Balm - Calisson! Creamy, dreamy, so nice!

J’ai passé ma commande le 20 juin, nous sommes le 20 juillet, et je ne l’ai toujours pas réceptionné… Et le service client ne fait rien. Sinon demander de patienter que les transporteurs peuvent avoir du délai : un mois !!!!

Customer service is great! I had a small issue with my order and they promptly took care of it! There was no hassle. Can't wait till Black Friday because I want to do a large order with them!

The products are great! The dispatch was kind of slow but the customer service is very good. I received constant updates and ones the package shipped it came very fast. As someone who doesn't like lipstick, the Bisou balm is one of the best ones I've tried and the eye shadows are very good.

I've never had trouble ordering from violette_FR, and have found that orders usually arrive quickly. For my most recent order, I put the wrong shipping address and reached out to CS to see if they could change it. I found them quick to respond, helpful, and efficient in updating my address and shipping my order. Very good CS, and I will continue to order from them (I love their makeup formulas, which helps!)

La commande qui devait arriver le 3 juillet a été livrée à l'instant. Je confirme que les envois se font depuis les USA. Compte tenu du retard et de la chaleur, l'étui du gloss était bien chaud et le highlighter en stick fondu en partie. La marque n'est pas responsable des aléas de la douane mais c'est un élément à garder en tête si l'on commande en ligne l'été.

Very happy with their customer service. They are very polite and caring. I had a problem with the delivery, and they responded quickly, following up on my order and making sure I received my product.

I have purchased from them again, and hopefully this time I won't have any issues with the delivery.

Surprised by the disparate reviews. I’ve ordered from Violette FR probably 10 times (I own nearly every product they sell) and have never had a single issue with shipping or products. Recently had an issue with using a code and Customer Service sent me a new code within 12 hours. Love this brand and their journey as a small business and seeing their evolution with new product launches (hint - would love even more Bisou Balm colors!). Highly recommend

The customer service was amazing. I had not received an update on my order and had obviously not received it. Customer service tracked it down and sent an explanation and the necessary information to track my order. They were polite and empathetic. They even offered to cancel the order. Amazing! Received my order today.

This has honestly become my favorite makeup brand. I’ve tried several of their products now, and I’ve loved every one.

Bisou Balm has been my everyday go-to lipstick for about two years. It’s sheer but beautifully pigmented, incredibly lightweight, looks effortless. Lip Nectar is now a close second. I reach for it when I want something a bit juicier and don’t have time for reapplication, since the stain it leaves behind really does last for hours.

Yeux Paint is also brilliant for how versatile it is (liner, soft wash of color, bolder eyeshadow...). I’ve also just started using the new Plume blush and eyeshadow, which I’m already loving. Like the rest of the products I’ve tried, they get that balance between sheerness and pigmentation exactly right, so everything looks natural and easy rather than overdone.

The only downside is shipping, as many reviews mention. It’s slow, and that can definitely be frustrating. But the products feel genuinely special, and customer service was fast, kind, and proactive when I reached out. My order arrived the next day, and they even followed up afterward and let me know they’re working on improving delivery times.

So yes, the wait is real but so is the quality. And In my opinion these products are absolutely worth it.

Team Violette-FR are the best costumer service providers. Had a few issues with my delivery and they responded quickly.Finally after realising that I didn’t get my package,they offered me replacement or refund.

J'ai commandé sur le site pensant recevoir mes produits assez rapidement, vu que ce sont des produits français. Quelle ne fut ma désagréable surprise de constater que mes produits viennent des USA!!! Non mais sérieux!! De plus ma commande n'est évidemment toujours pas arrivée et le tracking s'est arrêté au 18/6... Bref je ne recommencerai plus!!

J’ai passé 2 commandes chez violette.
A la première commande, le code de réduction appliqué a finalement été refusé au moment du débit sans que je ne puisse plus intervenir. 75 euros débités au lieu des 50 annoncés et validés.Comment cela est-il possible?

Seconde commande, toujours pas expédiée une semaine après validation et débit de l’achat. Le service client me dit être désolé et cherche encore à ce jour ma commande. J’ai demandé le remboursement, sans réponse pour le moment

I would give zero stars if I could. Order still hasn't been dispatched despite ordering a week ago. Customer service claimed to be contacting their distribution partners to find out where my order is - they never got back to me after that. I requested my order now be cancelled because there's no sign of it and they're conveniently ignoring that email too. I will now have to go and start the process of reclaiming my money back somehow. Never ever buy from this company, and if you really think you need this brand, go via a separate retailer, like Liberty if you're in the UK because then at least you'll be dealing with a UK based company with better reputation.

Violette fr has beautiful and high quality makeup and skincare. As an artist, I enjoy the visually satisfying clever colors, she uses. Always something special in formula and nuances. Visually beautiful containers.
Boum Boum Milk saves my sensitive skin, Lip Nectar is brilliant as a moisturizing lipstick that becomes a pretty stain. Balm Amour I never wish to be without. Luckily the faint scent in these products doesn’t bother me. I could continue writing about all the wonderful products.
The only problem for me is that the Ethyl Vanillin in some of the products make me feel nausea and I have had one skin reaction. But since the costumer service is so excellent, it’s never a problem.
Shipping to Denmark is surprisingly fast

This is really my aesthetic of makeup. I align with violette fr’s ethos, but rarely does a brand truly align with it themselves. I found their items to be great quality, the plume eyeshadows and blush being superb. I am looking forward to trying more of the brand.

Violette_Fr. makes a Bisou Balm (lipstick) in exquisite nuanced colors which brighten my face. With a smooth finish and a long lasting stain, I’ve become a fan in a short time. I can put this one on in the dark and still look great! Having lunch with a friend (very fashionable, she is)I commented on the subtle tint that stayed on her mouth throughout our meal. I ordered my Violette_Fr. as soon as I came home. I love the way it wears🩷. After wearing Bisou Balm for a short time I ordered 6 more-as gifts for friends.
Equal to your product is your customer service. I was sent the wrong color on my latest order and wrote to C.S. to inquire how to get the correct one. E.Z…P.Z…they sent the correct shade out-ASAP-and I sent back a photo of the lipstick received. In a time when things are sped up by technology, but no human contact is made, I feel like a valued customer with Violette_Fr. Outstanding product and customer service! Thank you for your attention to these important details.
