Customer service unable to assist UK-based customers.

I ordered a lipstick from this company and was not happy with it. The product was dry upon opening and not as described on the website. I emailed customer service asking to send the product back for a refund and the company said they only offer returns, refunds or exchanges for US-based customers.

This company shouldn't be trading in the UK if they can't fulfil customer service duties. I won't buy again from this company.

Very, very slow dispatch & delivery. I mistakenly thought that the goods were being delivered from France (it being a French company!) but no, it was sent from America! Had I realised this (should have done more research) I wouldn’t have ordered it. Too long to wait for a couple if lipsticks. I do hope when I eventually get them that they’re worth it. The 4-6 day delivery stated on their website is nonsense. A disappointing introduction to violette.fr

What a ridiculous response to my feedback! Clearly I understood that it was being delivered from USA and had acknowledged my mistake. You neglected to answer the 2’r-6 day delivery point though, so a useless response.

J'ai commandé sur le site violette.fr et les produits ont l'air prometteur mais je n'ai pas reçu mon colis. Le transporteur me dit que le colis et toujours chez l'expéditeur alors qu'il est censé avoir était envoyé le 2 août ( nous sommes le 18 août)
Je devait le recevoir le 12 août mais toujours pas de colis.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs message à violette.fr mais le service client est inexistant et fait silence radio.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire!
Je suis extrêmement dessus!

J'ai finalement reçu ma commande avec pas mal de retard et je ne sais pas si c'est dû à mon commentaire mais le service client m'a enfin répondu.
Je suis très contente de mon rouge à lèvres!

Es una marca francesa, pero envían desde Estados Unidos. Vivo en España y al ser enviado desde fuera de la UE no permiten la entrada del producto al país a pesar de que en la pagina web dicen que envían a todo el mundo.

NO customer service. Surprised? It is French, do not be surprised. Do not expect policies that typically come with customer service: returns, correcting errors, communication, discounts applied. Someone may get back to your request...but it is too late and you will be blamed for that...not them!

I liked the products that I purchased.Customer service is also very efficient.

Ne commandez pas sur ce site, arnaque très bien ficelée, le colis est marqué livré en France alors que rien évidemment dans la boîte aux lettre.
Le service client ne réponds pas, heureusement j’ai réglé avec PayPal, j attends toujours le remboursement via la gestion des litiges.
A fuir!

Absolute rubbish was sent-- the materials and quality is worse than Wet N' Wild. These prices are as high as Chanel. Get better stuff.

When I needed to return, there was no policy for returning this crap. Avoid. Avoid... Avoid!!!

I placed an order on November 21st and it still hasn’t arrived here as of December 17th, which is crazy. The tracking info says there was an attempted delivery on December 4th, but I was home and received no phone call, ring or message in my mailbox about it. When I reached out to customer service, what seemed like Chat GPT sent me a message thanking me for my patience and giving me the same tracking link. I am in Paris, so you would think a brand that markets itself as being so French would have chosen a good delivery service for its European customers. I’ve always loved watching Violette’s videos and this is my first time ordering from / buying from the company and I just feel so disappointed…

I got the C'est La Creme cream from violette.fr It moisturizes my hands well. No added fragrance is a bonus. My only complaint is DHL waited till late in day the evening to hand over my package to the post office for final delivery.
