The products I received are really good and the to be fair the people I complained to via email regarding Facebook were really helpful...However, They say they do not remove comments or negative reviews on Facebook, which is untrue as I am still blocked on messenger and am still unable to comment on their Facebook page. Its the customer service from Facebook that is appalling.

Ordered the Bundle as advertised - arrived in a Jiffy bag and not the box it is presented in on the advertisements. Contacted ViolaSkin to ask why it was not as presented online, they replied the box is extra!! I told them it does not state that anywhere on the advert or when purchasing, I received no reply so messaged them again, THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME FROM SENDING FURTHER MESSAGES. I went on their facebook page as I had already commented about receiving my order in a jiffy bag rather than the box advertised....They have deleted my comment also and made it so I can still see their page but I am unable to comment on anything......Absolutely disgusting company to deal with....STAY CLEAR

I tried their Violaskin complete face bundle, although at first, I was just gonna buy it because I was desperate to fix my face and I was ready to try as many as possible face solutions. I tried one product previously for like 2 months, I couldn't see much difference, but i started seeing glaring changes after the second week of using violaskin's complete face rejuvenation bundle. So i feel very happy about my look now and i think im very lucky to find complete face bundle.

Couldn't be more happier using this product. Been using this from last nine months, without fail I felt glow on my skin everyday. I bought them separately at first and then saw their bundle and was amazed with prices.
At start i was skeptical to use anything on my face as I was pregnant but after consulting with my doctor I started using viola products without any problems. I am very happy with their customer care as they are always available to help you in any way or form. Highly recommend this product if you are looking for real results without any harsh chemicals 👍👍😍😍😍👍

I cant speak highly enough of this company & its products. I have been a customer for over a year. the products are amazing & the customer service is equally as good. My skin feels better than ever, having used alot of high end brands. I would recommend these products to anyone who is looking to achieve amazing skin. My skin went from dull to glowing. From the serums to the masks are definitely worth a try. The black mask is one of the best masks i have used (no black heads for me anymore). The VitC serum leaves your skin feeling like hydrated. Definitely recommend these to anyone.

Appauling customer service. Items went missing and reported three times. Every time I received the same automated response. Products did not arrive in box as advertised. Just shoved in a jiffy bag. This was a present for someone and expected this to arrive in the box, as advertised. My friend says product actually "nothing special". They only have a facebook 5star rate as they remove any review that is even slightly negative. Would never deal with this company again and would advise other to avoid.

Just to add. They have yet again removed my review on Facebook and blocked me from leaving reviews. Not only are they useless but liars as they have stated below they do NOT remove negative reviews. Someone asked on fb does it come in the packaging advertised I. E. A nice little presentation box. No it does not, when I eventually received mine it comes shoved into a jiffy bag. This "family run business needs reporting to trading standards.
Its also very interesting that all these positive reviews have suddenly appeared her in last 16hrs since I left the negative review and just happen to be word for word exactly the same as fb reviews. I think may be cut and pasted from fb. This stinks. Have now forwarded my concerns to trading standard including screenshot of my review on fb which has been removed three times and the before mentioned 5star reviews written here that are exactly the same as on their main site and fb. Awful.

I have been buying Viola Skin products for a while now and there are two products within the range that work well for the price offered. I used one of the previous discount codes which they hound you with subsequent to a purchase and they decided after the purchase went through successfully that they would not honour it - very disappointed.
The customer adviser emailed to say they cancelled the offer - no explanation until I requested the reason for same.
I provided details of how I got the code from them directly and they just seem to make up the rules as they go along.
As the other customer alluded to below they can offer up to 50% off a 2nd purchase which makes you wonder about the actual price - also I have noticed the discount offers keep changing as does the RSPs so sometimes you wonder how genuine the discounts are. It's a shame as liked the products but this has turned me off buying from them.
