I’ve written to you guys so many times and you haven’t had the courtesy to respond at all. I don’t know what’s going on. As I have followed up and said before, I placed an order via claimyourskinbundle.com on 29 July and I haven’t received a confirmation for my order or an update from your end (This is the same website that you sent to me previously). It’s a lot of money for me and I’ve been a loyal customer of violaskin for over 5 years. I’m really disappointed in the way I’m being treated for my loyalty and passing on your good reviews to my family and friends - Their products are amazing. Please, if you’re unable to process my order, return my money. It’s my hard earned money that I saved to buy these products. Please be kind.

I have been using this skincare range for nearly six years now. I was using it daily and then I moved house, and became quite ill soon after. All of my routines went out of the window and my Viola Skin products lay forgotten for a long time. Then, as I improved, I remembered my lovely serums and eye cream and ordered some more. The difference it has made to my skin is truly incredible. My skin is plumper, glowing and the fine lines have reduced. Even my deep lines have softened.
I use the Vitamin C serum in the morning and the Retinol serum at night. This has really helped me with my neck and under the chin area, as they took have improved in appearance.
The eye cream lightened the dark circles under my eyes after just one application! And having that Asian panda eye thing, that's really saying something.
I honestly love this skincare range and have them on automatic repeat orders. The great thing about them is a little goes a long way, so a small bottle lasts for ages. However the best thing is the appearance of my skin, it's plumper, smoother and more luminescent. As I have olive skin, this last is a very pleasing bonus!

I have been ordering products for quite a while from them. Recently they had an offer of hyulronic acid - buy one get one free and 2 free gifts to the order. I wrote them before enquiring about the free gifts and they wrote back it will be included in the packet to Germany . But I did not receive them , only the hyulronic acid. I wrote them many emails, but no response. You should ship an order as stated in the offer and atleast response to the emails.
I and also my relatives, friends won’t be ordering again from them. Thanks Anita

I ordered 1 Complete Skin Care Kit as their promo last April 2022. The payment went through but when I followed up on their online support they said they will look through it. But until now I haven’t received the product nor refunded my money. Now August I tried to follow up but my email is already blocked.

I gave a wrong review thinking this was a scam And it wasn't so I apologize to viola skin who was very responsive to my emails very professional the items arrived later as it was jubilee very good customer service thankyou for putting up with me going on

Purchased the vit c serum and love it so much! One of the best vit c ones I've used. I've ordered with the 50p coupons and opted for free delivery to my local shop so I've just ordered two other items for only 50p each with delivery. Amazing and can't wait to try the other serums.

Good product! The vitamin C serum is the best!!! I was upset with my last order and it took time to be delivered, I then requested Paypal for the refund as it wasn’t coming... the manager called my number to apologise personally after Paypal has refunded me my money, he told me they would do better and then sent me another set of items for FREE..

I’m glad they listened to my complaint unlike other business owners that won’t be bothered when they lose a customer over their incompetence!

The Vitamin C serum is amazing and my skin loves it! I love the high percentage of vitamin C in the product. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and i can definitely recommend it. And its so affordable! I’ll definitely purchase it again!

I've been using these products for over a year now. Very happy with the products themselves and the service. My skin has never been better. I've had items delivered to Morocco, Spain, Russia and the UK with no issues. Highly recommended.

It smoothes
I just bought the vitamin c serum for the 2nd time .. 1st time i bought it, i used it a couple of times then forgot about it .. then found it and now use daily. I like to use it before applying make-up. It smooths the skin in a good way for me at over 50. I also apply before bed. Am not sure if it is meant to be like a make up primer but it works for me better than typical moisturisers that always leave me feeling greasy and cloggy. It is light and fresh feeling and does not smell

Been using the bundle for almost 5 months now and I can say that the bundle is AMAZING!!

Been struggling with pimples and dry skin at a young age and with the help of the face bundle, my skin feels soft and clear.

Plus factor that customer service team are amicable and efficient.

This is going to be my first set. Wish me luck. I believe the delivery was considerably fast. Took 10 days to ship from UK all the way to Malaysia. Looking forward to a better skin complexion. Wish me luck

3rd time ordering today got a double pack,never had an issue came within 10 days of ordering 46e for 4 skincare items..seriously where would you get that!!

Very poor delivery service.
Order placed 25th of November, still not dispatched. I had to sent email to ask why and they wrote to me it's because this item is out of stock and will be available in week or two.
So I've checked website once again and it's still says hurry only XX in stock! It's mean they lies to customer on website or when answering.
They even can't tell exactly when my order will be dispatched.

Edit: Item received 12th off December.

I won't be ordering again due to the lack of presentation boxes for your sets. I purchased one full set for myself & two as gifts but they came loose and I was disgusted when I queried it and was told boxes were only supplied for 'influencers'. I have influence on my friends and will tell them of my experience! I won't be giving what I purchased as gifts as it looks cheap!
I notice that still on the website the bundle is shown in a lovely presentation box! Mis-selling ?
On looking through your reviews I’m clearly not the only person who feels this way!

We can confirm the box which you have seen are our PR boxes for the influencers and for illustration purposes only.

However, we are working on the new outer packaging which will be launching soon.

We are a family run business and we operate our business on customer excellence, once again we apologise for the inconvenience that may have been caused.

As previously mentioned they don’t honour there discount codes and refund.

There customer service is just awful they lost my 1st parcel and he 2nd they sent to the wrong address and now I’m having to do there job for them and locate where the item is.

While there products are amazing there customer service let’s them down. I still have no products again and there advertising is false as again discount codes aren’t accepted and from the proof Royal Mail has sent me of there error it’s not boxed as advertised. Such a shame that there service is so poor.

I have always had successful interactions with Violaskin. I love their products and have been using the Vitamin C serum, Retinol and moisturiser for a few years now. People are complimentary about my skin and someone I hadn’t seen in years said “what skin cream do you use because you look exactly the same!” So I take this as a compliment ! I used to use Boots No7 but I find this collection to be far superior. The serums are thin and easy to absorb, not sticky like lots of other brands. I’m with them for the long haul!! The only downside is if I order a whole bundle I get a nice presentation box, but if I order one or two items it’s just a Jiffy bag, but this is no big deal to me. I would definitely recommend. I usually buy when an offer is on.
