The concept is great but execution can be a bit hit and miss. One month they ran out of the selection we had chosen but didn’t tell us we had to contact them to get an alternative selection. That said the selections are great the vinyl is prime quality

Vinyl box give you a very personal experience, and I love discovering new music. I can select a genre if I don't want to go too far out of my comfort zone but the option to venture outside the box is always there. Great service and delivery is on point.

Generally good.. the monthly selections are a little limiting. The genres they offer are generally very large and broad. Possibly a choice of sub genres to make it more enjoyable to the customers would be 5 star!!

I've been quite pleased so far with the records I've received. It's expanded my collection with records I wouldn't have seeked out myself, but I have enjoyed listening to them and would definitely look for other records from those artists.

Great idea, forcing you to adopt new listening habits. The web site is slightly complicated though.

Vinyl choices are great and the service allows you to try music that you may not normally!

Packaging is superb and delivery issues have now been resolved with no hiccups in the last few months. I personally spoke to Elizabeth when there were problems and she explained the issues and what they were doing to resolve them. Great feedback and the team are dedicated to the music and their customers.

Good Quality records every month, I have now started listening to artists I wouldn’t have found without the subscription. Sometime the odd corner of a record sleeve will be damaged, this is probably because of the postal carrier and not VinlyBox. Maybe more package protection could be put into the box. For example, recycled paper to fill the empty space and stop the records from moving in the box?

VinylBox is great, my music tastes had gone stale and I was too comfortable in the music I’ve listened to for years. It’s pushed me down new routes that I wouldn’t have considered before and found some great new bands with massive back catalogues that I’ve never heard of. Brilliant!

Not to bad, sometimes limited in what’s available. Would like to see more genres like reggae ski jazz blues etc. but not to bad over all

Only a month in but seems quite good so far. Cool concept. Decent variety of genres. Gives a chance to pick up some albums I probably wouldn’t have got otherwise. Excited to see what will be offered in the future. Not had any issues

Perfect if you want to expand you vinyl collection. Does exactly what it says on the tin. There has always been a box that has suited me where I have a modern rock taste and there is always something for me. Customer service is great and they always email back. If there was 1 negative, I would like more communication as I always am tending to email up front asking when the next selection is or when it gets posted - but - they always come and I never miss out

Good selection of records each month, well picked and some surprises. The vinyl is well packed when delivered.

Also got to listen to some artists I wouldn't have. Overall a good experience and one I look forward to continuing.

Fantastic selection, customer service has been great when dealing with delivery issues I’ve had which weren’t their fault. Great company!

Excellent delivery and easy to use service with the ability to veto one or two albums. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is I just wish there was a little bit more choice

Very quick and easy to use with good delivery. A good selection of different genres to cover people’s tastes, just could do with a bit more variance on a month by month basis

Sign up and selection was great. Issue with second month as no selection was given before delivery notice sent out.

Really enjoy this subscription, no issues with anything
