Sadly any country version of their website will mot ship to Northern Ireland

Even the UK site will not ship to Northern Ireland while their main Courier DPD does and so does the Royal Mail. Not really a surprise as Northern Ireland is a part of the UK.

11 jaar geleden twee nieuwe toiletten laten plaatsen. Op basis van de stijl en het advies van de installateur gekozen voor toiletten van Villeroy en Boch, type Subway. Nu, na 10/11 jaar begint de bovenzijde van de bril te verkleuren. net na de garantie. Voor zulke dure toiletzittingen wel snel, vinden wij. De badkamer leverancier kon niets voor ons betekenen. Contact opgenomen met Villeroy en Boch. Zij waren het met mij eens dat de plaatselijke verkleuring niet zou mogen en hebben aangeboden om twee nieuwe toiletzittingen te leveren. Echt een TOP service na 11 jaar. Echt service verlenen kan dus nog steeds, ook door grote fabrikanten. Een dikke 10!

Het softclose systeem van onze toiletbril hield ermee op dus gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw dempsysteem. Wij hadden deze bril niet zelf aangeschapt dus was het niet helemaal duidelijk welk merk en type het was. Dmv foto’s die via een sanitairwinkel naar Villeroy en Boch gestuurd zijn ontdekt welke serie het was en van Villeroy en Boch gratis een demperstje opgestuurd gekregen. Helaas bleken het de ringetjes waarin de dempers moeten bewegen te zijn die kapot waren en niet de dempers zelf.Die zijn nergens te koop bleek na contact met de klantenservice van Villeroy en Boch maar ze hadden nog wel een setje liggen wat ons ook weer gratis is toegetuurd. Ringetjes gemonteerd en de nieuwe dempers erin gezet en de bril is weer als nieuw! Een betere service kan ik me niet wensen!

Awful tiles never seen such poor quality, not in the slightest bit square, different sizes and I’ve had a lot of random ones that are bowed and not usable. Lucky if you manage to get a full box without any broken ones. Would not recommend and will never use again.

The customer service is poor. Need to return items which came in 2 boxes but only one return label. Have asked for another label via 0800 number. The call centre is not in the UK and the people do not speak English very well so it has to get the problem resolved

Exceptionally good products, let down badly by exceptionally poor customer service. I have used V&B products for many years, but no longer, because it has become obvious to me that the company really do not care about customer service. That is such a shame, but it just isn't worth the hassle of dealing with the company when things go wrong.

Order was placed online on the 3rd of May. Got confirmation and nothing else. Yesterday (18.05.21) started chasing the delivery. Their official number: 00 80068648110 is chargeable by the way. Took me a while to get through and then the fun started. The person on the other end informed me that he was there only to take details and pass them on 'to the competent person(!)' and he had no access to any system and no knowledge when the response would be received. Order number was not good enough, I had to spell name, surname, email and delivery address. At that point I sent an email to their customer services as well. No reply. This morning I tried the same number as well and the same person informed me that my details were passed on to the 'competent person' but he had no a clue when that person would respond, could be next week according to him. Reminder: order was place on the 3rd of May. And then, he asked me if I want I can give him my detail all over again....And Yes! to pass them on to the 'competent' person. Absolutely disgraceful service! So I still do not know when the order would arrive.

Heb besteld en betaald op 29 december 2020. De artikelen zijn niet geleverd. Bestelling staat gewoon open. Klantenservice bestaat kennelijk niet want er wordt niet gereageerd op emails en telefonisch krijg je direct een muziekje. Mijn advies: niets meer kopen van dit merk.

Hele mooie producten, maar slechtste klantenservice ever! Zonder enige vorm van communicatie is een deel van mijn bestelling geannuleerd, kreeg een mail dat ik zelf de artikelen had geannuleerd.. Vervolgens is alleen een deel van het bedrag overgemaakt. Meerdere keren contact proberen op te nemen met de klantenservice, gewoon geen reactie. Schandalig, zou meer verwachten van Villeroy&Boch!

I spend over 350 Euro to buy toilet bowl V&B Venticello to my new bathroom. After a year of use unfortunaltelly there are yellow, not removable stains on the other side of the toilet seat. When trying to complain V&B said that I must have treated the seat with strong chemicals, which is not true. They did not handle my complain as they should. They also said that the material the seat is made of is sensitive to any acid even the one in urine. So if you dont want to have yellow toilet seat which looks that is never cleaned - avoid this product.

Vreselijk wat een slechte service! Ongehoord!
Bij levering van mijn bestelling (3 maanden geleden!) bleek een van de artikelen beschadigd te zijn. Ik heb direct contact opgenomen en alles gedaan wat nodig was voor een correcte afhandeling of oplossing.
Ik ben nu dus nu al 3 maanden aan het leuren om of het artikel opnieuw te ontvangen of mijn geld retour te krijgen.
Er wordt geen enkele oplossing geboden, sterker nog, ik krijg geen eens een reactie....

Wat een belachelijk gedoe ! En dat voor zo'n bekend en "vooraanstaand" bedrijf.....
Wat een ballentent zeg!

£1200 in 18months for exploding toilet seats
Having developed disabilities it became necessary to build a wetroom, I wanted the best and the Villeroy Boch wall suspended toilet attracted my attention, 4 years on I still love the style and quality of china... within its first year the toilet seat cracked (stress mark), we carried on using it until finally one day it completely broke with a loud bang causing sever lacerations to limbs.

Our local hardware stockists ordered a replacement at the cost of £350.

Within the year, the new toilet seat did the same, this time it exploded whilst not being used .... but given that it will be another £350 for replacement seat we have to continue to keep using.... to remove V-B toilet (in itself perfect) will be a very costly undertaking (in excess of £3,000)

This is not a design issue but manufacturing one - cheap nasty materials

V&B are notorious it seems for not answering their correspondence or giving a hoot about their customers

It's a fraud. I made an order in November 2020 and not had it. The company does not reply to my email. Never seen so bad customer service.

Do not buy from such a company.

Good quality, lovely design, good package, broken items get replaced straight away at no extra cost!

We had a problem with a bath installed three years previously in a flat in a new purpose built block. We sent photos but they did not even visit to assess - just declined to accept responsibility or suggest what the problem might be. We regard that as very poor customer service.
