I ordered the jacket a month ago..... a month and not to mention i tried to cancel the same day i ordered after reading the reviews.. guess what no response till two weeks later saying they will disccount my next purchase. Im looking in too what my options on how to take them to court.

Terrible experience. This company is always on “last day for 50% off” mode and it feels like it came from wish.com. The company is located in the US ‘or so they say’ and it takes days to ship. The items I purchased went from Mississippi, China, Florida ‘for customs’, California then back across the country and then to my state. The jackets are made for smaller people even if you order your size. It will fit 1-2 times smaller. I do not recommend this “company”. Very misleading

I saw an ad for Villain on IG. I loved a few of their coats but wasn't sure. I decided I wanted it, but forgot the name of the company so forgot about it. I had another ad pop up last week and jumped on it.
I then had a bad feeling about it, since I normally research companies before I buy.
Googled the company, found this site and the reviews. Emailed the company immediately and asked to cancel/refund. I also called my bank to see if they could cancel the payment, but they couldn't.
Villain then replied to me and said they would issue the refund. I have not yet received the money, and I don't see it pending in my bank account, but they have acknowledged they would. Once I get my money I will cancel my alert with my bank for the Fraud alert.

Without this site I would not have canceled. I'm afraid if I would have actually received the product I would have been SOL, so thank you.

2/5 - 1 for good advertising, 1 for cancelling/refunding. Really, they should be 0/5, but since I never actually received anything to notice it wasn't (or was) good quality, and didn't have to deal with too much to get my money back (hopefully), I gave them 2/5.

You will find many companies use the same cookie cutter nonsense.

Flat out stole my money and never sent over the jacket I ordered. Somebody send them to jail. Also customer support does not answer obviously...

Clearly scam. You didnt receive the quality picture showed, and the support service just keep you waiting with no refund at all.

Just a drop shipping scam you can buy all their jacket's models in Aliexpress for less than 1/3 of the price...

Same as many of the folks below, I ordered this based on the size chart provided. The actual item barely fits me, and is okay quality, but not for $100. I emailed customer service to exchange for a bigger size, and got the option of 50% refund or to prove they sent the wrong size. Neither are satisfactory, this is a total scam operation. You can afford a 50$ refund but not a return label for a size swap? Come, now. Avoid.

Wish I had seen these before, 5 weeks later and nothing was delivered to me and no replies to my email or DM on instagram. I will be disputing with Visa for the $106, if they wanna even try to combat me I will be happy to publicly destroy their reputation with a tirade of youtube videos.
Don't waste your time ordering from Villain, the company is obviously a farce who dropships cheap crap and hopes you don't dispute the charge in time.

The jackets are realy bad quality, the pictures on the website is sligthly photoshopped to look cool. You will get disappionted, STAY AWAY.

This review is not for Villan Outerwear, it's for the reviewers that weren't afraid to give this company a bad review. It helped me make up my mind to go elsewhere for a jacket.

The coat I bought was far too tight and I ordered a size up. They purposely do not take returns and the company is clearly a scam.

They always have a "50% off, only today" sale, equivalent of "Free beer tomorrow" sign. Even with 50% off, they are more expensive than other retailers selling the exact same product, e.g. amazon or countless other retailers just as scummy as this one.

The images of their products are distorted - one of my jackets was significantly shorter than pictured, and the cut was non-existant.

You cannot return your products, if you got the right size. They will not accept them.

If I can leave 0 Stars I would customer service is ridiculous they do not do exchanges or returns, you are given 48 hours from time of order to request any type of change to your order which I DID.. waited a week to get a reply back saying that it was too late to change the size of what ordered even though I followed the proper protocol and time frame... They did not...and they do not have a phone number to contact. I will never order from them again. Terrible

I left like 5 email and this company doesn't response what kind of business is this, and the material of the jacket it's so cheap $100 dollars down the drain, I will never purchased again from this company, the key to a good business is good customer service but no response at all

I ordered the Davidson Rider Jacket for my fiance but when it arrived, the fit and style is completely wrong. Quality of material and design does not match expectations from website image. The sleeves are made too long. The midsection is way to wide, much different than the fit shown on the website image. Do not order from this company, when I asked for a refund, they claim to not offer refunds, seems like a scam to me!

I was thinking of buying a jacket, but they have no phone # or location. In what state are they located? After seeing the poor reviews, I doubt I'll buy.

The jacket was too small. When I contacted about figuring out how to switch it out, their response was that they're, "too small to pay return shipping". I offered to pay the return shipping, they stopped replying for 2 days and finally replied, "As much as we would love to provide it to you, return shipping label is not available for us at this moment." They have no interest in being helpful. They do not care about your satisfaction. Do not buy from VillainOutwear, find a reliable company even if you have to pay more.

I saw some of the same cheap products sold on Wish for way less money. But even at that price on Wish it isn't worth it because of how bad and poorly made the product is. I've bought a 40$ coat that I'm never gonna be wearing on Wish and they are selling the same crap 200 dollars. I am pretty sure that this site is a scam.
