This was our first time using Bali Villa Finder unfortunately we had a very bad start to our vacation in that our villa was double booked and we didn’t know about it till we were on the way to the villa. I have to say though it was very distressing Bali Villa finder were very good and very patient. Understanding how upset we were The villa they found eventually for us on that day was old but very nice and the staff were absolutely amazing. We had no issues with our second villa and again communications were very good so I would definitely use them again and even though upset to start with we were overall very happy with the service we got from them.

I was pleased with villa finder, first time using them and stayed at B Villas Seminyak. It was great!. I wasn’t easily convinced about going through an agent especially with all the scams these days, but it’s a legitimate business with very good respond time I couldn’t find a cheaper deal than what they were offering. Will book with them again.

Helen's House is a real life Pinterest board! A stunning and cosy villa with all the facilities you need for a nice stay on the island. After one week, it already felt like home. The communication with the concierge and majorca villa finder were impeccable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Chands One. The villa is very beautiful and well-maintained, just like the photos. We especially enjoyed the peaceful beach right out the doorstep and appreciated the proactiveness of the staff in ensuring we are comfortable throughout the stay. The staff also kindly arranged an in-villa spa which was incredibly relaxing. Thank you for the attentive service!

Un large choix de différentes villas à plusieurs endroits de Bali nous a été proposé en fonction de nos souhaits, des villas superbes avec un service de grande qualité à Ubud, Candidasa, Gili Trawangan et enfin Seminiak. Notre interlocutrice, Sari, nous a apporté une aide précieuse et plus que professionnelle avec une extrême gentillesse, encore un grand merci à vous Sari.

A Perfect Stay

Our experience at LisaBella Bali was nothing short of magical, from the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly had to leave. Andre welcomed us and ran through our stay. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, especially for our birthday girl.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately struck by the beauty of the accommodation. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the breathtaking views, was designed to provide a serene and luxurious. Stella
decorating our space for the birthday celebration, making it even more special and personal. The birthday cake was delicious and beautifully presented, adding a sweet touch to the celebration.

The hospitality we received was exceptional. The staff was not only friendly but also provided excellent recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was dining options, local attractions, or hidden gems, their insights helped us make the most of our time in Bali.

A special mention goes to Amie, who made our mornings delightful with her delicious daily breakfasts. She took care of everything, ensuring that our villa was spotless and welcoming every day. Her warm and caring nature made us feel at home and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Overall, we could not have asked for more from our stay at LisaBella Bali. The attention to detail, the outstanding hospitality, and the beautiful surroundings made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a slice of paradise. We will definitely be returning!

Not having used such a service before my wife and I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Villa Finder for our recent holiday in Ibiza . Nothing but easy! From the start of looking for a villa (thanks to Rifki) to during our stay and when we arrived home.
We had an unfortunate experience at our first villa (no fault to the villa or staff) but villa finder (Sheila) was able to move us within a few hours, and although we loved our first villa, the second one was perfect. It was very much appreciated, to be heard with our concerns and action taken so fast. Comforting to know you can reach out at any time and someone is there to assist and help. After we moved villas - Sheila remained contact to check in on us and we felt reassured and nothing was an issue. We will be booking through Villa finder for our next trip. Thank you

Villa Finder provides a very good service and very good follow up of the clients before and during the stay

Nous avons séjourné à jimbaran villa Shanti et tout fut conforme à nos attentes.
L’équipe de conciergerie est très compétente, disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes.
Les transferts aéroport / villa ont été organisés par villa Finder, ce qui est très confortable.
Le personnel de la villa était vraiment accueillant, disponible et nous a aidé à organiser les activités de notre séjour .

I hadn’t booked with Villa Finder before so I even spoke with Sharon on the phone, and then asked a lot of questions over a few emails - both before booking and after booking. Sharon was so helpful in continuing to give me options that suited my dates and answer all my questions. I never had to wait long to hear back.
After our stay in Swan Villa 3 in Seminyak, Sofi followed up. When our refund of the one night bond came through right at the same time our credit card was cancelled, Sofi was quick to respond and stayed I touch until it came through to our new card as she had assured us it would.

I really can’t fault the customer service received from Villa Finder.
