Great service, made it very easy to keep track of everything.

A well-designed and efficient system, which allowed upload of our own graphic image instead of being confined to a choice of designs by others. The mail addressing, reporting and follow-up system were superb, allowing us to monitor replies.

Great artwork and options, wonderful tracking, and super helpful message system to send updates and extra details.

My experience with Greenvelope was flawless! I didn't want the cost of traditional postage, so this was a perfect alternative! I was able to upload my self-created invitation and had plenty options to choose from when creating my envelope. Their tracking system allows for questions like food choices to be asked ahead of time and it tracks all data by guest for you. I was even able to create a seating chart! I'd absolutely use this service again!!

I see many good reviews. The website is a nice platform, however, due to my mature status, I did not find the site user friendly. It was not simple to go back on a step or task. It was unclear if my payment went through. Some of the areas to "click" on, did not stand out. Almost blended in too much with the prettiness of the site. To go back to try and begin again, I searched for the home page. It was a tiny white house that was not always present. When I did click on it, it did not bring me to "home". It returned me where I left off. I spent a significant amount of time, searching & trying to return to a previous page to change something. I would have preferred a more straight forward platform. When stressed by an obituary announcement, the frustration was more than it should have been. I called several times. I was instructed to "just go here". Not explaining how to go "there", leaving out multiple steps, or "clicks". At one point it was like pulling teeth. Silence, without assistance.
