Kjo ishte eksperienca ime e pare me Vidora pas rekomandimit nga nje mikesha ime e cila ishte kompesuar per vonesen qe kishte oatur ne udhetimin e saj. Fillimisht isha skeptike po ne me pak se nje muaj u kompensova me 70% te vleres totale te biletes . Jam shume e kenaqur me sherbimin duke filluar nga komunikimi i shkelqyer per paqartesit ne lidhje me aplikimin deri te korrektesia ne kompensimin e vleres monetare. E rekomandoj per kedo qe ka patur vonesa ne udhetime me komapanit ajrore.

Best services ever. I was so skeptical about the whole case but i gave it a try and i got surprised when I received an email about the case being successfully handled. It was my first time of using VIDORA services. I did not think it would work but had nothing to lose. My experience:
1) the application was simple and straightforward
2) although the system noted that the process might take from 1 to 3 months, the claim processing was much shorter, less than a month.
