I have used this app for a while. I have a 3 computer license. I use on both an AMD and Intel platform. They recently released version 7 for AI. On my AMD system the install app that verifies hardware acceleration crashes and no indication it is installed. Intel seems good. I have sent Windows crash logs, app name (amdcheck.exe) and screenshots. I installed version 6 prior to AI and it installs correctly. Not much action done to verify or correct. If you have an AMD system you may want to verify before purchasing. Otherwise good app. Note their WinXVideo AI app uses same verification and also crashes.

Data sent as requested. Also note no error appears during installation so it appears to install correctly. The crash error appears on Windows Reliability history and VideoProc and WinX settings showing hardware acceleration. I would guess many don't realize they may have a problem. The crash can also be forced by going to settings->hardware acceleration->option->recheck. Look in control panel review reliability history.

I have been using VideoProc for years and yet to have been disappointed ....it just keeps getting better and better. Through the years I have tried other software programs but none compared with VieoProc ! Everything that they claim they prove, not just words to try and sell a product.

Praktisch nicht nutzbar, und so gar nicht "lebenslang", denn der Aktivierungszähler läuft bei JEDER Neuinstallation - gleiches Endgerät hin oder her.

Ergo soll man für ein System eine Mehrplatzlizenz erwerben - lächerlich.

Daher ist dringend davor zu warnen, hier Geld für dauerhafte Lizenzen zu investieren! Betrug am Kunden.

It can convert a 6-8 gb file into 60-100 mb file without losing video quality saving space of hard or local drive. It is very user friendly and anyone can use without any difficulty.

I want to specifically thank 'Shirley'-for her patience working with me to get the correct set up going for the VideoProc Converter AI. I was dealing with problems from a download I didn't fully understand. She helped me walk through the problems step by step. It is a great product & having great support is paramount. I've tried a lot of converters in the past - both free and paid and this is by far the best I have used. It comes with a lot of features like auto-cropping, output presets, hardware acceleration and more which make it multifunctional. I would definitely recommend if you are someone who likes to keep back ups of your files and needs the quality preserved but the file size reduced so you can free up space.

Another Chinese Company Takes you money and delivers nothing. I bought VideoProc a full lifetime license what a huge mistake. Stated it was on more than one PC which it isn't, all they wanted was me to buy the software again for even more money than what I paid in the first place. They scam people all the time sign up to the software and if you don't like you'll get a refund back within 30days another scam you buy the software and couple of months later they say you are using it on more than one pc. I ask how can you use the software on two pc's at the same time. I really had my doubts about buying the software when they offer it free every week. Here's me buying the software not getting it free or using a crack and they treat the people who bought the software with complete contempt.

If I was using the software then de-activate it and provide a new license key but it isn't about the software how can it be when they constantly give it away free its about scamming the people who pay for it to pay again. I got a email saying give a good review on trustpilot and I'll get software free, not interested I bought it and now you've stolen my money. I'll get a reply to contact them but this is what they say to everyone who's given a bad review.

I had a dozen or so VHS tapes which, while viewable, could benefit from upscaling. Although I already had an upscaler I thought it wasn't that great so thought I'd give this one a try and am very pleased I did. Not only is it fast, but the results are noticavly better the software I was using.

Horrible customer service. The converter was very unreliable so I decided to to cancel and asked for a refund. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, but they refused to honor it. There are many other options for a DVD converter. I would recommend another one that will at least honor their promises to customers.

It's a great product for converting my favourite Disc to file, allowing me easily to download file from YT. it has feature to allow upscaling the video resolution. I'm a Mac user. Looking forward to the AI feature. What a product.

I used on a couple of videos that were a little on the blurry side and the product cleared video up so that it I able to watch it without it being blurry. it works well and if you run a video through it again it came out even clearer, very happy with what it can do.

I have a lifetime license and it was lock. I couldn't move it new machine. I contacted support and they fixed the issue, and I was able to activate the license on my new machine. I was a quick response within 24 hours.

Support was awesome. Couldn't figure out my problem, support tried very hard with multiple emails to figure outvthd problem. Turned out it was an easy fix that I never would have know without them. Thank you very much!

When I bought VideoProc the process of purchasing, downloading and activating was fast and easy.

In the future I got some problems with my serial key, but asking thier customer service was easy and very much effective - I got usefull answers, easy to under stand, and very fast - which till the end helped me.

VideoProc is an awersome easy to use superfast tool to deal with your many aspects of your videofiles. Its build up nice, has a lot of smart features, and I have been using this for many years now - I see no need to change, and besides its also cost-effective.

So ... I'm really happy with all this, all this brought to me!

This has been a very good program that has allowed me to Convert videos, capture frame by frame shots and also allowed me to Upsize HD images to 4K quality. Got it as a special and it was worth it
